"Mad at the Internet" - a/k/a My Psychotherapy Sessions

I drink whatever swill my $15 Mr. Coffee machine pumps out, so my coffee advice is mostly worthless. How much cream are you consuming per day? It might be worth trying a VERY small amount of sweeten condensed milk instead of cream. Think 1 Tbsp SCM vs 1/4 cup cream.

Just don't diet away those blue eyes and you'll be good in my book.

Besides general longevity and health, the only reason I can think of to lose weight is that people who are not overweight are treated better in general. By everyone. Men and women. We are internally biased against overweight people because it is a physical display of deliberate choice to be less healthy than possible. So theoretically if I ever wanted to or had to do appearances, be it in court or for interviews, I would simply have more base charisma by not being overweight. The issue with this as a motivating factor is (1) I have absolutely no intention to permanently sacrifice my privacy for temporary gain, and (2) by the time these things would be on the horizon, it would be too late to actually lose weight anyways. So it's not really that persuasive for motivation.
You got a truly unique internet show and you have stated multiple times that you want to level up the quality. You can do this with nicer streaming layouts and better transition effects, custom theme songs etc. But I'm going to say it straight (you probably have heard this before and know this):
The final step in this would to have a camera or at least have some kind of an IRL present if you really want to make a change. I can't think of a single internet personality that did something serious and was faceless the whole time, it just doesn't work. You will need to get your face out there in the end if you are serious about your goals. Your face is already out there, so any "privacy" you cope about (related to your looks) is already gone. That boat was sailed a long time ago. The facecam and TV appearances are waiting for you and you can not fight this. You are delusional if you think otherwise. You think that your merch start ups in Tennessee or Florida and lawsuits will go 100% unnoticed by all the trannys and nog apologizers that hates you? They will be waiting with 800mm camera lenses (if the decide to leave their r/gooncaves for once..), and none of us want to see another IRL janny meme with you in it.

I'm afraid you don't really have a choice, you have to figure out a stable long term weight loss lifestyle for the sake of the MATI streams and all the coming public appearances (both malicious and good ones). Make a MATI segment about this (honestly) to bump up the fitness section of the forum or something, I know that other farmers are in the same seat and must have some good tips with similar genetics and old diet habbits as you.

Also, no more self deprecating jokes about having a "fat retarded podcast", it's not a fucking Keemstar show with obese fucks. It's based and you are just a little out of shape at the moment.

TL;DR
Shill the fitness section of the forum on MATI to gather more tips (even if most of them will be shitposts from /fit). You have to lose weight if you really want to take your online present to a higher level. No more dabbling around.

that's the issue

1. i need caffeine
2. coffee tastes bad, needs milk, but milk has calories
3. soda and monster taste good, no calories, rots your teeth and is probably poison

how do i get cns stimulation drugs with no side effects
Matcha tea. Get the Japanese stuff since the Chinese might have more traces of heavy metals

Oh right coffee creamer spergery.
Sweetened coconut milk. If you're on keto or something, unsweetened. I'm to the point where I'll take coconut over whole and almond. It just tastes better. The sweetened goes especially well with cereal too.

I think you cut too many calories and damaged your metabolism, it's a mistake I've made a few times and it fucking sucks. The most obvious signs are constantly feeling tired and memory/concentration problems like you mentioned, I got headaches out of nowhere and could never recover properly from exercise. It might be beneficial to have your metabolism checked by a doctor if and when you want to lose weight again, it'll make it easier to figure out a program that works with your lifestyle.

This only works if you're an audio or visual learner though.
Learning styles are bullshit pseudoscience made up by education academics that has never held up in empirical studies. It's a quick and easy explanation that seems like it could be intuitively true, but in reality it just gives teachers more busywork during lesson prep. Telling students or people in general that they have particular learning styles probably disadvantages them by giving them an easy excuse as to why they can't learn something difficult- it's just not my learning style so I should give up.

i ate fish and took multis. i don't really think there's a better foodstuff than fish. it's just a lack of calories. it was a keto diet.
Have you heard of vegetables?
Fruit, mayhaps?

But seriously, I’ve done a lot of diets and such and what really works the best is having a spice rack and knowing how to use it.
You can make really good, healthy, wholesome, lower calorie foods super easy if you just get experimental with it.
Most of my cooking, and I’m losing ten pounds rn, is like five minutes and tastes great. People just need to learn how to cook, that’s the most important thing.

He’s right doe. Exercise has never made me feel anything more than out of breath and tired. I don’t know where this Epic Dopamine Rush meme comes from but it really isn’t universal.
The dopamine rush people experience may vary from person to person, but the first time I experienced it was from what was essentially a half marathon paced on a 5k. People sharing there experiences with runners highs in an era where weed carts with 70+% THC, deep fried oreos, and a million other ways to totally fry their dopamine receptors exist is just setting them up for disappointment. Most of the value I got from running is much more subtle or experiential.

Trying to convince fats to lose weight is a losing battle, they are addicted to the disgusting slop they overconsume. If your appeals to them do not take addiction psychology in mind you're just spinning your wheels, they have to want to change first. And not "want" as in wish.

i totally disagree. i learn something much faster just trying to figure it out in practice. i remember teaching myself trigonometry trying to figure out how to path zombies in blockland vs. failing the online class the year before.

The curriculum in US schools is written so brown people and women can pretend they understand math and history. The bad grades good test taker epidemic proves this

I have never felt anything other than exhausted after erxercise. I even did running for a while and kept waiting to feel those amazing feelings people always say you get, but never got them. I think some people just don't get the same magical chemicals released from exercise. Same as some people just don't really like food, I think they just don't get the same dopamine release from eating good food.
I only get it during, not after, and I have to maintain the acrivity(running, biking or eleptical) to get the buzz. I'd say I can only activate it 10% of the time but it makes for a great workout, you're struggling through a tough spot and then you just feel like you got dosed from the inside by surprise. Highly recommend workouts on machines that mix up the resistance irregularly on you, and have something to listen to that makes your mind wander.

I don't disbelieve this as all, honestly just threw that caveat in there because inevitably some retard comes along with "I cAn OnLy leARn WitH mY hAndS." A combination of all three would make the most sense to learn, retain, and be able to train others.

I will take this opportunity to once again strongly encourage white people to get outside and WALK.

You might find this naturally changes when you get to your swamp. Nature is always gorgeous and calming to explore. If you get a doggo, they’ll help remind too.

I’ve never understood why people feel the need to exercise inside a gray concrete box, especially if they live in beautiful area.
Rucking and sandbag work outdoors is a game changer. 50lbs on my back for an hour on a weekend is a good fun way to suffer as I go through the woods. Sandbags are stupid fun too, way more entertaining than just barbell work especially if you do them in a circuit like lunges to OHP to squats to rows before ending with burpees until you puke.

"Take this 100 hour course on this language and another on that framework, then program this thing." ... "Uhh that sounds like a profound waste of time... can I just have a search engine and an extra week to write the feature?"

I agree man. I need to solve real problems, be motivated by real goals, hit gotchas, find the weaknesses that aren't spelled out on paper. Make the common mistakes to learn to avoid them. Get comfortable and familiar with the directory structures. Form strong associations between words and physical/virtual places or objects... Dry, efficient Germanic school systems have ruined craftsmanship, have sucked all the fun out of learning and ironically quashed the Germanic tinkerer's soul.

Also I will say making music will make you acutely aware of what the learning process really is because it's constantly illustrating for you the difference between dry memorization/frontal lob processing and pure muscle memory, routine and conditioning. Where something like programming is as theoretical as it gets and something like skateboarding is as physical and muscle memory based as it gets, music straddles both worlds fairly evenly. Only when both parts are used harmoniously (excuse the pun) can you really learn at your full potential. Wrote learning from a book leaves you knowing dozens of obscure scales and chords but you will be pitifully slow, sloppy, disoriented... Only by drilling them day in and day out can you come to play them with any speed, clarity and finesse... and only by improvising with them can you learn their true qualities and functions and remember/understand them in the greater context and marry the two worlds.

Summary of my work
If you don't already, you should consider adding to the list of feature streams to do in the future someday the story of DropKiwiFarms and its aftershocks with E(L)FJ. Pretty much the story from August 2022 to September 2023. Specifically the parts that you could not talk about at the moment. Since there already exists through MATI a decent description of events as they happened, but a lot was left out. You also mentioned you would send out an email with this, did I miss it somehow or did it just not go out for whichever reason?
