I once lost 20lb on a 20 week weight loss challenge at work where I went hard on Wii Fit, but lost the challenge overall because some fat bitch got a stomach stapling surgery and cheat her way to a free $600. Whatever, I explored the shit out of that bicycling island, where you step to pedal. I can go up or down whenever I want via DDR sweat.What never works is setting a specific goal for a specific time and or being public and competing about it that is just a set up for failure because you will miss your goal and if you wanted to lose 20 pounds and you only lost 10 you’ll feel a huge failure even though a 10 pound loss is a big win.
