One of your brave Kiwi's did the needful and got the fake autistic's arrest bodycam footage and it's pretty good stuff if you follow the PoopSquatch Andy Ditch.

The Cleveland cops ain't buying Andy's fake autistic routine for one second so he throws such a tantrum he gets himself arrested once they tell him he ain't got the 'tism and they know he's faking it.
Turns out Andy got chumped out of all of his local crisis services in Buffalo to the point they won't even talk to him anymore and he's banned from going back home to Mommy & Daddy cuz he got a DV charge for trying to poison them so he got on a Greyhound bus to Cleveland thinking he'd find a nice new pool of softies he could exploit for his fetish but turns out Cleveland cops ain't having it. He spent 83 hours at the local hospital before they kicked him out for faking shit and so he goes and lies down in the middle of a busy street and scream he wants to die to get the local crisis services to come save him. Spoiler; it don't end the way Andy wanted
Dunno if the PoopSquatch and his dirty diaper fetish is too much for MATI.

This isn't really that much of a conspiracy theory but its also not really related to a "ransomware gang" (which would imply the "ransomware gang" did this because they weren't paid or some shit) but is possibly indirect fallout from the ransomware attack.
The ransomware attack on the health insurance company (UnitedHealth) resulted in their entire systems being fucked for several months and their systems were used by like 1 in 3 patients across America. Healthcare, prescriptions and a bunch of shit were delayed for ages so people would've died from it.

That ransomware attack was really significant when it happened, I remember reading about it and how many doctors, hospitals and patients that it impacted, I just didn't realize it was the same healthcare group.
