off the top of my head, in original Dragon Ball little Goku steals Bulma's panties off her in the night to give to Master Roshi and she ends up flashing Master Roshi as a visual gag, and any time Goku or Gohan turn into great saiyan apes in the original or Z, they fall asleep and you see their little boy penises because they burst out of their clothes transforming. I'm not sure how localizers edited the Bulma flash, but they'd cover up the little boy penis with scraps of cloth in the US localizations, but it's on full display in Japanese versions.

There's a few uncensored goku penis moments IIRC because I never watched the OG japanese one. Maybe I'm just thinking about the dubbed GT opening that isn't the initial "welcome to the grand tour" one they had before switching to the same opening as the JP one.
