It's not about the culture, it's about saying that in a stream, it's like that discord VC null made with people some months back:
There was this dude named "nigger spammer", guess what? as soon as null let him in, he spammed dozens of video sounds through the mic that spammed nigger interleaved together.

It was out of nowhere and great shock humor because despite him doing exactly what he's named after, it came out of the blue, nobody actually expected him to be prepared and execute his role so perfectly, when not even a minute back we had very sensible, down to earth people chilling out in VC.

Similarly, nobody expected kirsche to pull off such a dirty and salacious thing while using that avatar and doing a kiddie voice for it.
Even for ones that did, the ones she was streaming with were completely blindsided by that.
That's shock humor.

As special as his 9th symphony is, and it is unironically one of the best pieces of music ever written, I have always preferred his 3rd Symphony, the Eroica Symphony. It's a grand, sad symphony that marks the start of the Romantic era of art (specifically in music in continental Europe and Germany). Written initially in dedication to the triumph of Napoleon; celebrating his heroic (Eroica is Italian for Heroic), revolutionary virtue and victories utterly humbling the Hapsburgs at Marengo and Ulm, to his creation of the Confederation of the Rhine and his restoration of the so-called "German liberties" which had been curtailed by the electors and princes of the Holy Roman Empire and the Hapsburg domination of German since the 30 Years War, ultimately Beethoven re-dedicated the symphony and rewrote the final movement as a funeral requiem after Napoleon declared himself Emperor and severely curtailed German political independence.

Wonderful piece of music, highly recommend.

It is always extremely funny to me to see the contrast of an anonymous user who represents themselves with something like the "uh oh, stinky!" orangutan, drop a knowledgeable commentary on european orchestral esoterica.
