For your consideration I have found footage of stone age warfare from Papua New Guinea in 1963. It gives and interesting look of how our ancestors may have once fought with each other before more organized warfare*warning video NSFW due to countless shots of completely naked men*

This is pretty much how tribal warfare goes everywhere it still happens. I've always wondered if they know that it's unlikely to produce many casualties and it's mostly about the production/blowing off steam or if they really want to wipe the floor with the other guys and just can't calm down long enough to do anything coherent.
