For them 99% of the content they consume is centered around high schoolers or younger. I don't care for the reasons this is the case, but I'm pointing it out and if you think it isn't at least slightly weird I have some bad news for you.
Yeah but a lot of that is because high school is the last time these nips had any chance at a life, before they either get a job and get worked to death or turn into hikikomori. The salarymen don't even have any time to fuck and hence the birth rate has cratered.

Based 500 cals a day Chad. I lost 100 pounds in 3 months doing 500 cals a day with the HCG diet (it's not really the HCG that makes you lose the weight, but the low cals)
People can't believe it when you tell them you only have 500 calories a day, but when you actually measure out portions you realize 500 calories worth of stuff like chicken and vegetables can be a lot of food. I also realized that 80% of my hunger feelings was just me needing to drink water lol.
500 kcal in chicken is about 200g of chicken, you really need to be a desperate fat fuck with a lot of willpower to pull it off because 500 calories a day is very little food. 1200 ~ 1500 calories is still the sweet spot imo. You will lose weight, it's more manageable and you'll learn how to eat like a human being again. I've tried one of these crash diets before, gained all the weight back.
Ideally people should just find a diet they will be able to sustain for months and stick to it, the only people who go from one diet plan to another are fat people who never lose the weight.

Adding in weight training and trying to pack on muscle is also very helpful, I'm still a fat fuck but lifting consistently and building muscle has helped a lot when my eating habits go off the rails to prevent gaining all the weight back.

I'm at about 1100 per day without alternate day fasting and imo it's easier than what I was doing before and food is less of a continuous thought. I've started getting into mealprep and it really does just make things easier. Though on the otherhand I am so deep into the coding cave right now that maybe I'd feel different if I was more bored. I feel like boredom is the #1 contributor to weight gain and the fattest people are likely those with the least mental invigoration in their day to day lives, like how you see fat tigers at the zoo.

Im so glad that I was vacuuming and terrorizing my cats while I listened to the Elon Musk G string segment on ear buds.

That's also why the tiger starts mutilating itself, or developing anxiety etc.
Having something on hand really works to have time pass and going "oh it's already past dinner time, I'll just finish this and go eat..." and then working another hour or so. In my experience at least.

Developing drama with Brodyfoxx, he photoshopped someone saying "I rape kids" in a discord message in response to a post about him making sexualized videos marketed towards kids, and that person is now considering suing him for defamation.(1) The person sort of references a similar photoshop of him saying the same thing in a different separate part of the thread,(2) but since it's not posted in response to that, he likely is guilty of per say defamation.

Main thread post about this.

100% agree with boredom and diet. I've found myself significantly less hungry during normal work weeks compared to time off. I think it's a combination of being in an environment you eat in, having food accessible, and a time you usually eat at.

I've lost almost 100 pounds in a couple years by basically just eating whole milk, vegetables and chicken. While working with light physical exertion. 1500 calories high protein low carbs is a sustainable but slow weight loss when combined with literally 5 minutes of daily exercise and going up the stairs fast a few times a day.
The big one for me was having no prepared foods in my home, and only buying foods that take a while to make, which, like a gun safe, gives me ample time to reconsider my choices.

It's been a really common discount price on shit since forever. IIRC the 88 at the end of a pricetag means something in retail, a family member that worked a grocery store for years told me like over a decade ago which each cent ending meant in terms of prices.

EDIT: looked it up, it's manager markdown for shit they don't think will sell or markdown for soon to be discontinued items/stock they want to move out faster.

boredom undeniably drives obesity
i can work 12 hours uninterrupted physical labor and barely think about eating as long as the work is interesting, in contrast to a day off where i could easily consume 3000 calories

That's another thing, people need to get used to boredom again. Modern society gives you endless distraction, there's always a feeling that there's something to do or something that you could be doing instead of what you're doing at the moment, so when people feel bored or depressed they want to eat, to drink alcohol, do drugs, whatever it is. You won't feel good all the time, sometimes you will feel bored or depressed, even if you have an occupation, hobbies etc.
I know that's been said already, but delayed gratification truly is a thing. If you can just stop yourself from eating now you will feel better in the long run by knowing that you're not fat (or getting fatter). You might hate going to the gym, but you feel good after you're done with it for the day and you know you did something productive to improve your health. Just accept that you will feel bored sometimes and that maybe you're bored now but not giving in to any temptations will be more rewarding in the long run, idk.
