Yeah exactly, she really does look like she's in pain. She also looks depressed. She probably knows she's getting physically old but doesn't want to accept it. I actually kinda feel bad for her.Aside from the outragous amount of plastic surgery, her posture is really weird.
She walks like every single one of her moves are painful: rounded back/shoulders and sad face. Her voice is tenuous and hoarse.
You can see that's too much for her, but she won't let go.

Celebratin' those bingo wings in full force, too.
Ok but are we going to talk about how she's performing an unironic song about being madly in love...alongside someone in a cheap expressionless latex serial killer autogynephile ladyface mask with cornrows lol?? It looks like that person is there less as a "pretend love interest subject of song" and more as "leading confused and demented old lady who can barely walk to the van so I can murder and skin her"Celebratin' those bingo wings in full force, too.
She's singing an unironic song about being madly in love to an autogynephile ladyface masked figure with cornrows that's dressed as her from the 90s, which adds more strange and awkward nuance to that video.Ok but are we going to talk about how she's performing an unironic song about being madly in love...alongside someone in a cheap expressionless latex serial killer autogynephile ladyface mask with cornrows lol?? She's had a long-standing problem with getting old. Mostly and probably because her value as a pop-culture figure has to do with here being sexy and having the sexiest sex that had ever been sexed.Yeah exactly, she really does look like she's in pain. She's 65. Menopausal. Osteoporosis 99%. Joints are fucked. Vertebrae are collapsed and pinching on her nerves.Yeah exactly, she really does look like she's in pain. She also looks depressed. And this line is important to highlight.. The decay is severe unless you are an athlete dedicated to maintaining heath, and even then.
{{Citation needed}}steady-state cardio, which honestly does more to stress out the entire body and cause more free radicals and fatigue toxins to build up over time.

Exactly. You dont need to be running around like a mad man to stay healthy or be trim. You burn so many more calories simply by using your muscles and putting on a bit of lean mass. This is true for men or women. She needs to get serious about weight training and not overdoing cardio, muscle loss from exhaustive cardio could easily put her in the grave if she falls. Weight training is the only kind of exercise that can prevent falls and broken hips.
That's what I've heard! It would be great for her at her age to stave off her bones dissolving and being able to be active as long as she can. I think she was poisoned by a particular workout and diet culture in her youth that valued excessive cardio and very restrictive diets. For women though, resistance training also encourages high bone densisty. Pre-menopausal and menopausal women should be encouraged to lift weights to help stave off osteoporosis.
Listening to your body also includes the type of exercise that you take part in. Things like making sure you’re doing the right stretches before you start an exercise. Martial Arts is my passion, and I’ve recently found that practicing my forms in the swimming pool is actually a great way to stay in shape and focus on my movements, but also the buoyancy of the water takes a lot of pressure off my joints. I really love swimming these days, too. These are just some examples of listening to your body and working out sensibly.
