Mafia

The game is very honest about how Lincoln is every bit as much of a violent amoral thug as his enemies with the preacher being the conscience.
See I didnt get that with him. It was always along the lines of "we must not turn to violence and hatred, like the white man, and even though they deserve it, we must be better than them". It was typical nigger loving shit, as it always is out of America these days. Anytime racial conflict arises in the story its clear Lincoln and the blacks are in the moral right, and any whites are just scumbags.

I have no interest in hating my own race, so this pandering nigger loving shit being around for many decades now has worn thin to the point I will not play a game with faggots or niggers in them, unless I can kill them and remove them from the game.

Is it because of licensing issues?
No idea. I did a search and the most I found was reddit shills claiming the song *had* to be removed because it was anachronistic to the setting of the game. (Bellville was released in 1942 I guess)

The preacher tried to convince Lincoln that there was more to White people than just the Southern Union. I believe a White Lutheran provided clothing and such for the home when some racist assholes destroyed some supplies.

Mafia 2 is kinda.. eh so far. Love the period piece nature of it, but there's not many ways to screw around. As fun as it is to watch a mob movie, I don't feel particularly great playing a bad guy. (I'm not a big GTA fan)

That being said I love how the remaster has Lincoln clays car as a bonus. So I feel like I'm somehow a time traveler cruising past all these old timey cars.

Lincoln lynches a redneck from a Ferris wheel and burns a Klansman on his own cross. His own preacher is increasingly heartbroken about it until by the end he is (if Lincoln takes over) in tears about Lincoln becoming the same corrupt dictator Sal was or (if Lincoln kills the others) unrepentant that he MURDERED him having realized what he was. The final confrontation between Sal and Lincoln lays it out that "they're wired up wrong," neither is apologizing to the other, they're just fucked up sociopathic killers in a turf war.

They're on the defensive in the story (being the ones the Mob double-crossed)
There was a DLC (I never got a chance to play it) that tied into civil rights in the bayou that was probably a lot more political.

The Italian (from Mafia II, Vito) and Irishman and the CIA guy. They're all White allies. I say allies, not good guys, because none of them are good.

Have fun then, but I think that proves my whole point. It's a game where you play as a Black so you don't like it. If it's Blacks it's automatically "niggers" and so automatically bad. The context, how it's done, how it's presented is irrelevant to you. Blacks are in it, so it's propaganda. That is a sad view, a sad way to go through life.

Edit: Motherfucker, in one ending (Lincoln leaves, lets the Haitian take over) the Haitians run the city into the fucking ground and then a hurricane obliterates it like a little local apocalypse. It is (even if unintentionally) the most based interpretation of it anyone could have.

For anyone else reading, in addition to Mafia III handling race better than "based" RDR2 (everyone thought it was "based" until Krogan criticized it), it also did Far Cry 4 through 6's 2deep4u shtick way better than any Far Cry has.

This banger as well:

Hated the new soundtrack, hated Paulie's voice actor, hated the changes to make certain sequences (like the taxi chase, in the beginning) more "cinematic". Overall a bland as fuck remake of a childhood classic.
It's completely simple why it's this way. 2K hates everybody.

Cassandra was a horrible character in Mafia III, even by criminal standards. She was the one that waged war on Sammy because Sammy and Sal were buddy-buddy. Leaving her to rule practically destroys New Bourdeax on account of her waging war with the governor, and the government cutting funding for the city indefinitely. She was always preachy about Black unity, but had no issue causing a ruckus because things did not go her way.

I had interest in Mafia 3 because of New Orleans being the setting when I first heard of it then I saw it was about a Black guy instead of an Italian guy and that is not Cosa Nostra.

If it was just Mafia 3 you might have a point, but I would direct you to the last 30 years of anti white media just having its effect. Some whites just accept it because they are weak and never bother to protect anything. I think its a sad way to live your life just accepting the hatred because I might miss out on corpo slop.

Each to their own I guess.

PL: I own the collector's edition of Mafia III for Xbox One. I snagged it for a massive deal during a Christmas special.

Comes with an art book, two LP vinyls, custom dogtags for Lincoln Clay, a few drink coasters, two centerfolds and the game with the season pass.

That took me by surprise.

"they live in the fancy houses, we are so strong, we must take back what is ours, we built America and the whites just stole it, like they do everything".
"we must not turn to violence and hatred, like the white man, and even though they deserve it, we must be better than them".
Where are you getting this black revolutionary vibe from the game, because Lincoln explicitly doesn't give a shit about aiding the local black power groups more than necessary to get revenge on the mob.

Closest thing to that would be the Faster, Clay! DLC with Sinclair Parish and Roxy. Even so, that's a short story.

It's because 2K wants things to be less fun which is the DLC was not enough

Mafia II was worse in the DLC department. All of the missions were timed and scored for no reason. I believe they cut the budget with having little to no cutscenes, even during Joe's Adventures.

Mafia III could've been better if it WASN'T open world. World was lifeless if you paid close attention.

Mafia has consistently been a game series that has suffered for being open world.

The things the first one did were novel, but from there it was just open world for open worlds sake.
And I wished they didn't need to commit to an all GTA-style open world game and more of a mixture of open world with third-person shooter mechanics
