Older video I didn't notice from Jeremy

Brand new from Jeremy. At this rate he's going to drive himself insane.

Doesn't it seem like the more niche/stereotypically nerdy a hobby is, the harder they get hit by the SJW virus when they get infected?
The real reason is because hardcore nerd niches attract tons of autistic people and autistics are statistically more likely to go trans because gender is an abstract concept and autistic trannies spend all day spouting social justice shit.

It's really quite simple.

Actually, there's a bigger, and far more retarded reason.

Any platform they target they do so with one purpose: Turning the platform, regardless of what its original goals and purpose was, into a fount of virtue-signaling and agenda-pushing. It doesn't matter what it is, or how obviously economically suicidal it is - the goal is there, and they're going to follow it, wishes of the existing audience and fanbase be damned.

We've seen this over and over, from things as early as Vade's community takeovers to shit like the Autism Holy War and even shit like Marvel Comics. It's always people who don't give a fuck about a given community, but nonetheless want to conquer it in the name of Social Justice that will push this shit, over and over again, and all a given community can do is fight it off or succumb to the infestation and become just one more mouthpiece.

Nah, it's autistic trannies.

First video games, now MTG.

What fucking next, Pokemon? YuGiOh? Good luck with Konami Japan not giving two fucks.

I know this is only a tangent to the Jeremy/Unsleeved Media salt, but I figure this is the best place for it:
Travis Woo, former ChannelFireball contributor turned MTG YouTuber since his firing over discussing Holocaust denial with his stream chat, put out a couple of videos in response to this bit of drama.
The first, in which he compares the drama to the French Revolution:
The second, where he more directly tries to call for WotC to make a statement on dogpiling and harassment:
Recently, though, a tranny that writes for StarCityGames posted an archive of screenshots of a private shitposting group that Travis created on Facebook where the users drafted women in the Magic community based on their bangability:

There's one image I can't post because of the embed limit but I think you guys get the point.

"If I screech about the nerd equivalent of locker room talk maybe I can get everyone to give me asspats and patreon money for that sex change that will make me a better looking womyn than the ones those LITERAL NAZIS want to bang."

Troons

I do wonder what he's more mad at -- the lads banter over the ladies, or that they made fun of the obvious tranny in the bottom right picture.

Weird that they would take outside sources and use them to justify banning an account. Unless this is a DCI account and the incidents actually deal with DCI related matters itself, WoTC is merely saying "lol fuck you" and nuking his ass over drama. ToS of one site has nothing to do with other sites. This isn't a corporate job where anything you say can and will be used to get your ass fired, even under a pseudonym.

That being said, if you got tits and go to a male dominated community expecting to not be oogled at, you're an idiot. If you're oogling at said tits outside of a private group to keep things on the down low, you are also an idiot.

I imagine being banned from every officially sponsored convention or whatever would be bad for a MTG YouTuber.

As far as a DCI ban goes, yes. He wouldn't 'e able to go to the larger of tournaments (Grand Prix, Pro Tour, Worlds), because they would have his specific name banned. As far as smaller tournaments go (Friday Night Magic, Pre-release, Release, Open House), all he needs to do is make a new DCI card and he's fine. He's not banned from buying their stuff either.

If WotC decide to be out and out bastards to him, they could copyright claim any video he produces that has anything MTG related.

Edit: It's also funny that people are leaving him death threats and focused harassment in return, as those exceptional people can be reported in kind for violations of the Code of Conduct. If someone is being rude and a dick, report them and drive on. Don't report them and make a 30 minute video as to why they should die in an oil fire and how to flag all his shit.
