Isn't it also Davriel's home plan? He worked in contract negotiation with demons.
Also, if it is so lawless, why the hell did they make a lawyer faction?
If I had to speculate, it's necessary for people and demons to be able to settle their differences non lethally and on common ground. So it's only necessary arbitration services, back by violence, would appear over time.
But I doubt that much thought was put into it.

i like to organize and sleeve all of my cards, anything worth more then a buck gets double sleeved and bindered, Vault X binders are my favorite, even my bulk gets penny sleeves, i also have a Ghetto i made for cards i don't like (usually the ugly blacks or fags in card art). i make sure my collection is kept in waterproof crush resistant tubs. i keep track of all the cards i own with the Manabox phone app and i'm at around 13,110 cards (not including some unopened commander decks). also i started collecting about a year and a half ago.

Fire Nation? More like FATTY NATION

The obsession with shitty license. Sets is fucking retarded. Who the fuck is buying this shit? Last time I bought Magic cards who is D and D themed, but at least D and D fits the overall Magic card esthetic.
Sadly Avatar fits what M:tG people want more then Scifi, Murder Mysteries, or Cannonball Run (and probably more than knock off harry potter or movie noir with demons or knock off godzilla or knock off stranger things although those are at least defensible )
