Does anyone know a site that tells you if a card has ever been functionally reprinted?

Like hey [card] is cool but I hate the way it looks, what other options exist?
Most sites trying to sell cards will, Scryfall also does

Clicking "View All Prints" will show all the card art

Not the art, im talking functional reprint
They'll be in the card art page if they exist

Or do you mean same card with a different legal name, because those are rare and probably not worth intentionally looking for (usually draft chaff anyway)

Functional reprint means a card that functions the same another card, but with a different name.

I do not know of a site that has a search function for this though, shame.

Quite a few of those are in the Portal sets. I.E. Imperial Seal vs Vampiric Tutor. Might be worth skimming the card spoilers and seeing if any catch your eyes since it's only three sets.

Also, horsemanship basically reads as unblockable.

Like how raging goblin and the one portal 3 kingdom card only has a different name
You can just copypaste the entire textbox in the scryfalls search if you need exactly same card with different name. But those are quite rare, and most of the time you won't find shit.

I think there's not much point to finding them. The good ones people generally know without searching for (imperial seal vs. vampiric tutor), the OK ones people generally also know (cultivate vs. kodama's reach in a non splice deck). The mid/terrible ones are the ones you'd need a search for and the real answer is to put neither borrowed time NOR banishing light in your deck.

Its for aesthetics. I hate the art of certain cards (like raging goblin) but I like the effect

You can use the Scryfall tagging system to greatly narrow the search results. Open the page for the card, scroll down, click "Open in Scryfall tagger" and you'll get a list of tags associated with this card. You can then simply click on the most relevant ones or include these tags in your regular query using the "otag" keyword. For example searching for "otag:firebreathing" might be useful for searching a functional reprint of the Shivan Dragon.
There's also this list but I don't know how complete it is.

It's a lowtech solution, but I use Google images for this too. "mtg red one drops with haste" for example. It's just the right amount of accurate yet wrong to show you what you're looking for but also throwing in some curveballs you might not have known you were looking for in the first place.

What I'm saying is that most different-name reprints are bad cards reprinted for draft purposes and unless you're under some very severe restriction you are better off searching for something like red identity 1 CMC cards with haste. Even limiting to goblin there are by my count 7 functional upgrades to raging goblin.

Looking for different card for anesthetics is fine but looking for reprints-with-a-different-name generally means you are only gonna find bad cards. If you intentionally want to use a bad card because you just like it or have some history it's fine, but if you're looking for some balance of effect and aesthetic you should cast a wider net.
