Amen, they're fairly generous with the currency for packs but I don't understand most of their decisions otherwise.

The main thing TTS has over more lightweight MtG clients is the physicality of it. Its fun seeing people move their cursors around as they do whatever it is they're doing. Plus you can fuck around with your friends cards, draw penises on their part of the table, watch youtube videos or listen to music together, etc etc. - the random bullshittery while you wait for that one guy to finish combo-ing off or whatever.

...but as far as strictly facilitating playing Magic it doesn't offer anything uniquely better that I can think of.

So players are losing their shit (appaerently) because the CEO said Harry Potter is a good franchise, the amount of copium the troons have had surrounding "Whether or not Harry Potter will be a part of this" because someone from the company said they had no CURRENT plans has been immense. Kind of obvious Hasbro (along with many companies) are sick of doing the "Go woke, go broke" bit and will just chase money regardless of the scandals it causes because in the long run mo' money, mo' bitches.

I give it 2 years before we see it hit UB, probably alongside Hogwarts Legacy 2 whenever that supposedly drops

So a bunch of us at my local figured if they were going to do the Jurassic Park route the idea of putting it in Strixhaven would be on point and the best utilisation, to be fair I wish they'd just do what they did with Transformers/JP more than what they are doing. But there's a good chance they'd go all in on a set with how heccin' popular HP is and how they could likely just reprint a fuck load of cards with a HP flavor on top.

Saw someone post this on the subreddit and for a moment I wanted to give them shit, but I do genuinely believe if Hasbro printed these they'd absolutely race-swap half the cast, so this might be the most on point mock up

A Harry Potter set would be just LOTR 2 in terms of racial dynamics. There's no way WOTC will stick to the original designs when there's already a show with raceswapped characters.

I never thought I'd feel bad for these rich corporate cocksuckers, but they're probably sick of psycho tranny freaks, just like the rest of us are.

Also, even the 2% of Redditors that are cuckservative have the same "buy product to own the libs" mentality that they did with that tranny in the beer commercial a few years ago. Embarrassing.
 
It's shit in a lot of ways, Luna is blue and not black and probably not white. Probably izzet. How about on arbitrary game action, opponent gets a 1/1 nargle with shroud. When nargle your opponent controls leaves the battlefield you impulse 1 until end of next turn or opponents take 1 damage or something.
