Well, no, see, because if it was a reasonable price-point, it'd be a perfectly workable deck out of the box in a casual format.
Here's the Sevinne precon. This deck is not one of their first forays into Commander decks - the first suite being bad is forgivable. This is well after several solid, great designs. This is the one that Dockside comes from, and is (ostensibly) supposed to be about flashback.
Out of the box, this is a terrible, disjointed fucking deck. Several cards interact in no meaningful way with the strategy of the deck, or even the strategy of the backup commander -- which itself doesn't interact with Sevinne. It's just really, really fucking bad. None of the Commander Masters decks are bad like this, they're just overpriced.
