At least Storm storm is sort of interesting in that she's the second instant/sorcery storm commander in temur after the recent Flubs the Fool. I don't really think we need people storming off with cultivate but it's probably not the most heinous crime either

This just gives me more options for my Bigger on the Inside/Staff of Domination cascade plan to be even spicier, so I for one welcome our shitty pushed Black commander.
 
In shit that was completely obvious 2 weeks before set release news Leyline of Resonance got banned in Bo1 Standard.

The number of Best-of-One Standard Constructed games ending before turn four has essentially doubled since the release of Duskmourn: House of Horror. That number has remained consistent in the weeks since release, and there's a big, red, (allegedly) four-cost enchantment reason why.

Also funny that they had to break their dumb, self imposed banning windows again because they dragged their feet through the "emergency banning window" before they felt like letting it ride another 2 months to December was also probably retarded.

Oh yeah and some faggot on Reddit is supposed to eat a copy of the card because they forgot that WotC has a history of banning turn 2 win decks that encourage mulligan or surrender spam in Bo1 like Minion of the Mighty and Tibalt's Trickery.

I mean if you have storm count 2.

But like think about the steps you are going through.

Building Storm count pre combat.
Land a hit with Storm with 3 players knowing that you have high Storm count.

I don't think Stone Rain is the thing you should be doing here, I imagine you are trying to do a big spell off Delve or Foretell because setting up the storm ahead of time means that you are going to want cantrips rather than Rituals because if you go all in on Rituals and Storm off in main Phase 2 you are going to be weak to any removal.

Mox Amber->Tinker winning the game is pretty good, there are other options and you're in the best color for protection for this sort of deck. But yeah I definitely see Storm being hated for being cancer with into play tutors (tinker effects, neoform, eldritch evolution so on so forth) and not LD. LD is almost the quaintest thing you could do other then something stupid like token spam.
