What actions can he take? I've sent tickets before, I'm not new to trolling. They get looked over or closed half the time. I mean I'm on the edge of flipping to Phil's side with this because now it's just getting milked. Is Patrick going to hire a bloody lawyer and go after Twitch if they ignore his ticket? After Phil?

As much as people are hoping this is a mouse leaving a sinking ship, this isn't it.
Phil will continue to grift his paypigs, and he'll just get another retard to be his mod bitch, and rinse and repeat as much as possible. Anonymouse is just his latest bitch to be discarded, and it's a shame he's wasted so much time on a grown man who doesn't care about anything except sweaty man pictures.

No not at all, of course he can't pursue Phil legally, nor Twitch. No crime was actually committed. Doxing in the US is a real legal grey area in like 99% of cases.

However, Twitch HAS updated their TOS to reflect off platform behaviors, including behaviors that happen on Discord. One of the reasons Onision was departnered on Twitch was because he doxed Billie's phone number on Twitter (which was the same reason he was removed from Patreon). Should the case go ignored, PWDubz does have options to contact Twitch in a more direct manner to try and get resolution. It may very well amount to autistically screeching into the void, but I mean he absolutely should pursue whatever means are available to him.

PWDubz did willingly offer the information, however he also had a reasonable expectation of privacy in that communication to Phil, especially given the sensitive nature of the communique. It doesn't matter if Phil shared it with one person or a hundred people, what Phil did was still doxing. That's what I was getting at. No, no legal action is going to be taken, and if he does pursue legal action I'll call him a fucking idiot myself. But Dubz does have grounds for being salty here (so to speak). The second Phil posted that picture in Discord, it was no longer private, just "less public".

He can't get anyone's name from an IP. We'll use KspunkGarglar's screenshot as an example.
Let's say that IP was:
194.25.134.82
the 'host' would be:
Deutsche Telekom AG
so the country would be:
Germany

Now tell me how he is getting anyone's name and address with that? That's why he plays the "I'm not going to say it" game. He can't say it because he doesn't have it through this means.
