The mother fucker is so far gone and such a lost cause at this point that any piece of help is just going to be a waste of time, locking it up and throwing the key away is probably the best way to keep this abomination of a conscious human touching the rest of sane society

I don't know shit how halfway houses and bonding work in the US, will he be surveilled ? does he have a ankle bracelet ? a person to report to ? I feel like prison was probably the safest place left for him

It depends on what the conditions of his bond are. You can have an ankle bracelet at a halfway house but it's not mandatory. If there is someone he has to report to it would be some kind of a social worker, not a PO. His case is not resolved yet. He's just out on bond

We have literally no idea what the conditions may be, anyone offering any kind of answer is talking out of their ass.

You do realize things could get worse, not for Chris but for society at large. At this point, he now is able to come into contact with Fiona and well... reproduce with her.

I don't think the autism card can bail him out of violating terms of release, especially not given the charges leveled at him.

Being told things he's absolutely not to do isn't something Chris has ever been concerned about.

After all, both times he's been arrested were directly because he decided to violate restraining orders. The first one was the Gamestop Macing and while that was more informal, it was clearly still in effect and I remain convinced Chris intentoinally wanted to cause a scene so he could use the mace and feel like a powerful woman (since there's literally no other reason why he'd pull that shit out at the end when the guy is walking away from him, and as the video shows after Chris looks around like a child who absolutely knows they're doing something they shouldn't!)

The second one had him violate the EPO that put distance between him and Barb. In 100% fairness, he probably didn't realize that taking money out of her account would be in violation (because it's not like he actually read or understood the damn thing besides 'stay away from your mother'), but he didn't even consider that he shouldn't have taken the money for some fucking toys - toys he literally cared more about during the arraignment than the fact he was getting arrested in the first place!

If Chris thinks he can get away with something (or more likely out of sheer ignorance for what he's not supposed to do), then he'll do it if he feels it's in his immediate self interest, consequences be damned.
