ceph - the problem with resources and going abroad is more complicated than money. it's about where i'd go, for how long etc. there is no guarantee of success. i don't know much about places like albania or bulgaria. i don't know the language. they rarely speak english. fschmidt believes this to be somewhat easier than it is because he was incredibly lucky to find his future wife after just 3 weeks. it is actually incredibly hard and many americans with more than enough money have failed.
the fact is, my situation is pretty hopeless so i'll just stick to another strategy i described.
