I tried to look into it and literally the only reason people think Chris Pratt is racist to Italians is that he's voicing Mario which somehow is Anti-Italian?

Yeah it’s fake and should’ve looked into it better. Especially since it doesn’t help most of the results in finding the tweet are on ifunny (should’ve been a red flag in hindsight) and an article debunked it
