Mass Effect 3 is a uniquely tragic game at a meta level in a lot of ways to me. It was Bioware's last gasp of greatness, before they went full hog on wokeshit and permanently downgraded their games. Even it isn't immune, you have Shepard being made into a weaker, PTSD ridden wreck, even though they were previously an unflinching badass whether Paragon or Renegade. You have the Marvel quip writing creeping in, especially in the Citadel DLC. And of course there's the infamously awful ending.
It had plenty of good though, it's a lovely looking game, there's still fun gameplay even if it's been simplified, and the Multiplayer is the biggest loss of Legendary Edition by a long shot.
After seeing Andromeda, and especially DA:Veilguard, I don't think the theoretical Mass Effect 4 is even paying attention to. It's just going to defile what good remains of the franchise after the damage Andromeda already did.
