I don't think anyone knows. I wouldn't be surprised is he were truly asexual/had no interest in sex or dating. But maybe he's just extremely private about that part of his personal life, which isn't a bad thing.

He looks a lot better in the selfies he takes for instagram than he does in his youtube thumbnails and videos. He smiles a lot more too. He comes off as a normal adult here, unlike on his twitter and in his videos. Come on Mathew, more of this, and relax a bit.

Does he still live with his parents? He sometimes posts videos of animals in his garden, I don't really expect him to own property with the pittance he makes from youtube.

I still think he has a trust fund. But yeah, he clearly still lives with his parents.

FB has literally been doing this for over a decade and his most viewed videos are from years ago. I hate to put weights on a drowning man, but this is just sad. College kids have literally build careers off of movie reviews within 1-3 years who do it semi-consistently on the side while going to school. Its tragic that FB has stuck himself in the early days of youtube movie reviews where they think skits and having some lame "quirky and random" review series title like "Film Brain Projector Review" will be enough to get them views. If you noticed Marcus's most viewed videos don't have "Cosmonaut Variety Hour" in the video title. FB could take inspiration from so many other movie reviewers who have grown an audience in such a short time especially considering that FB has all the time in the world since this is his supposed job.

FB most viewed video in the last year was his Mulan review with almost 30k and theres no 'projector' in the title. It's almost as if...popular trendy movies get you views ...who would have known? Certainly not him....and surely not his so called "trolls"

Hagan is an interesting contrast to Mathew. She arguably had less success than Filmbrain on TGWTG/CA and even now on youtube, but she's still happily trucking along reviewing whatever she likes. Her twitter is just cheesy (movie) jokes and it's pretty good. I assume she has an offline job/income and this is what she does on the side, but that seems like a much better deal than FB's situation.

I think in England it's less of an issue to still live at home. But I hope his parents have forced him to get a job outside his videos because they're never going to take off since he refuses to go back to Bad Movie Beatdown.

He has to get a job eventually considering his views aren't that good, even if you went by Blip Standards. His latest video only has 1.5K views after a day of release and his most watched video this year only has about 10K views.

It's always easier to blame someone else for your failures than to actually do something about your situation. It seems like Mathew just wants to do his low effort Projector videos where he rambles into a camera for hours then cuts it down in editing with film clips added in and hope that Youtube makes them popular then make somethng that a lot of people would really enjoy but it would be more work for him. I just don't get why he doesn't do Video essays if he doesn't want to do Bad Movie Beatdown.
