Late but I have some insight. Hallowed is a.. musician (he basically rips off mainstream stuff, puts a spin on it and calls it his) the event you're referring to was called "Fed-Fest," a spirual successor to the notorious Virgin Fest that Antifa doxed and shut down in Georgia in 2021. Antifa doxed the original venue for VF as the organizers tattoo parlor, she was summarily fired after the woke mob started harassing the shop. Event was held in the woods nearby.

Fed-Fest occured on a rooftop in NYC. Paul Town (Evan Zenker, convicted felon for burning down a barn) lives in upstate NY so it's not hard for him to attend an event in NYC. This hobbit lives in butt fuck Kentut.

I believe the event was put on by Athena Raven Rapp, the same girl who put on Virgin described above.
Hallowed performed there and enlisted Gavin McInnes' show producer/tech Chinaman Ryan Katsu Rivera as his guitarist. I don't know much about Hallowed nor why he'd stop this midget from attending other than to avoid lowering the average height for the whole venue.

Possibly related, I remember Fuentes tweeting triumphantly about Virgin Fest having problems, saying "I like Shooter, but hahah..." I believe he was angry that they'd denied being racist psychopaths. Not based.
