It goes without saying that this is a horrible decision for Cloudflare in the long-term since they've just provided a road map in how to get websites you don't like taken down - screech hard enough, make an illegal post and screen cap it. Since it doesn't matter how long it stays up they've essentially made moderating an internet forum useless. Anyone who thinks that these people will stop at Kiwifarms are also painfully naive.

I'd advise any people who are trying to fence-sit on this issue to get off it real fast, especially sites on the right, women-only websites and other websites that they deem unsavoury - because those splinters in your ass isn't going to save you when they come for you.
