I also think that making copies of popular OPs in a dedicated Telegram channel (not a chat) might be a good idea. I saw someone from the TG chat say he was copying the Keffals OP onto a telegram channel. Plus TG has like 2 or 3gb per file limit. So it perfectly hosts large media, full streams, etc. I checked it out last night and it’s not a terrible format/layout.

In a really bizarre twist, Keffals has made himself so openly detestable to so many people that I think it's very possible that he has managed to make a couple of people MATI enough to actually threaten him (and maybe even actually try to hurt him), all of which ironically all feeds into his victim complex in a self-fulfilling prophecy. It boggles the mind that some mid-sized Twitch streamer who largely just mugs at himself in the webcam for hours of dead air has managed to cause this much damage and gather this much power just because he cut his dick off, all because people who do that are currently given a godlike status under threat that if we don't let them do whatever they want to whomever they want, they'll off themselves. I also can't help but think that karma is a bitch and all this insanity will inevitably bite Keffals and others like him who abuse people's goodwill towards trans people on the ass.

As far as Prince is concerned, I'm convinced there was pressure put on him to make this decision, either internally from Cloudflare shareholders, or externally from an unknown source. Doesn't absolve him of anything, he's still a faggot that caved to pressure and betrayed his principles.

And as for the doublethink, and cognitive dissonance that we've seen from Prince, the troons and the journo mob, it's just a strategy of theirs. Pointing it out to them is honestly a waste of time, they know that the opinions they hold are wrong in a practical manner, they just don't care, as it serves a greater purpose which is to acquire power, and then wield it against anyone who would challenge them.

Fedposters who come from /pol/ and don't understand the site's culture and that this isn't 4chan 3.0 should realize this. Most people come here to have discussions about lolcows or other random topics in an area that isn't constantly full of the most low energy, basic posts (like current 4chan is full of), and because the site also allows free expression.

This is what spending time only on the “positive feedback” based platforms does to a person. Mostly using Reddit as an example, as it’s the prevalent website using this system.
By the use of “upvotes”, the post is pushed up. The ones with many upvotes are easy to see and engage with. The ones with small amount of upvotes are pushed down into almost unnoticeable area, where people are too lazy to even expand it to read it.
The problem occurs when a new person seeking contact about hobbies or whatever shows up. With a first few of the posts failing to get noticed the outsider can subconsciously determine that in order to get heard, they need to talk and style their speech like *popular* redditors. This slowly pushes the poster to fit the template and forget about their “uncultured” way of talking. (Think the NPC meme)

How does that connect to the drama?
Well, Kiwifarms doesn’t follow the positive feedback routine. Because, while it’s true that posts can be upvoted which might put emphasis on some of them, it’s equally easy to get your post queues by someone with a comment “Wow you are a retard faggot, sneed, gtfo” etc and it’s not *hidden* even if the negative response doesn’t garner enough “stickers”.

How does a brain of terminally online “normie” deep in the cult of twitter, reddit or any other service reacts seeing forum like this? Where opinions that disagree with their taught dogma are allowed to be expressed? Where echo chamber is shattered? Well, we’ve seen how in the recent weeks. Screeching, baring teeth, gayops, mob like behaviors, threat, extortions. All that just to remove a place where people dare to comment about stuff and not align with their worldview.

Personally, there are threads on this website which initially were annoying to read, as the username frequenting them had a lot of opinions misaligned with mine. But after a second thought, what a valuable experience it is?

this is such a great observation. so many social sites are nothing but echo-chambers where you are sent into oblivion if your opinions, thoughts, even creative works, aren’t considered “as good as” or “as correct as” what is most popular. i have watched friends have meltdowns in creative fb communities over their shit not being as popular as other shit and “why do i work so hard on this just for it not to be popular?” i lurked kiwi farms for a long time, but i am so glad i ultimately joined and participated because it is exactly a community that’s not some echo-chamber, and CERTAINLY not the weapon of mass destruction it’s made out to be. it’s a great community of people who can disagree, speak their minds, and ultimately have real open discussion. i think the fact that most of us don’t use this site to talk polarizing issues and instead laugh at crazy makes a difference. this is honestly an escape from all that bullshit.

This is naturally why places like reddit attempt to control the status quo. But it's also why the internet is useful to dissidents. By being connected to the internet you have the power to connect with one of the largest hubs around for the collective unconscious and unlike the average consuming normie, you don't have to merely receive (or relay) signals (fuck and suck), but you can transmit (seed and feed) your own signals. Naturally the powers who wish to control this will try to terminate your broadcast if your message conflicts too much with their messaging, but there's ways to mitigate that.

Most memes these days in the collective unconscious simply compete for people's time and nothing else. It is possible to make memes that confer benefits to their hosts, to send positive signals that strengthen the receiver in some form, be it just emotionally (increasing morale) or through giving them tangible knowledge or wisdom. All of this is naturally a consequence of just having such a vast system of communication which everyone is plugged into, you can interface with the collective unconscious without the internet, but the internet certainly strengthens your reach. Even if you don't use the internet, someone who does who decides to spread your message can use it.

To make this post more coherent I'm going to skip straight to the point. The internet is a very great means for expression and therefore also a means with which to share and articulate your views with others, which if your views are received as enlightening, may be shared further. This vast reception of a particular message influences people in subtle ways and if it's reach becomes far enough it will affect the collective unconsciousness more significantly, which means it is affecting society as a whole. Naturally anyone trying to maintain control of a narrative will feel extremely threatened by this, but they feel threatened by it to the degree that they do primarily because it's so hard for them to actually do anything about this threat to them. It promotes dissidence against them and can be potentially used to defeat them in the long run. I think the internet can avoid becoming the exclusive tool and weapon of our enemies if we are robust enough in our use of the internet to spread knowledge and truth far and wide, and this is indeed a difficult thing when you face opposition, but facing opposition is often not the end.
