Ralph is a retard. He is exactly the type of dumb wigger to take photographic evidence of himself violating a court order.

Unless Ralph said in the document, "I screen capped this", Vickers' best course of action was to say nothing about it and let Ralph continue to wrap the rope around his neck. Now all Ralph has to do is say someone gave it to him and it's unlikely the court will push it further than that.
