I made a post previously bout this but I am becoming more convinced that the Gator / Vickers connection is much more dangerous to Ralph than anyone seems to realize. I believe this may be the reason Gator is not actually dropping all his DM's. There may be a lot of implicating material against Ralph that Vickers doesn't want public at this point because it might give Ralph time to prepare a defense or scramble to cover his tracks. That being said, look at what DM's Gator has released so far:
- Ralph stating he will never pay for Xander
- Ralph stating he will hide his assets in his mother's name
- Ralph stating he will hide his assets in May's name
- Ralph stating he will hide his assets in his LLC.
These are all admissions of intent to commit fraud. Those are serious financial crimes. Many would argue that this alone wouldn't be enough to really put the screws to Ralph, but what I would ask next is: What if Gator had DM's from Ralph about the Healstream? What if Gator had Ralph admitting to keeping the money? What could Vickers do with this when pointing the court at Ralph for investigating his finances in regards to forcing him to pay child support. Ralph could be facing a crazy level of financial investigation which could lead nowhere good.
Gator really could be holding all the keys to Ralph's future in his hands. Now this is where it gets really tricky and epic. For any DM's between Gator and Ralph to be admissible in court, Gator would have to sign a legal document under threat of purgery that this messages are truly between him and Ralph. Essentially Gator would have to testify on paper...and sign his name, Christopher Brian Holloman. The only way all this works is Gator having to dox himself.
Originally when they went their separate ways, Gator was very willing to walk away without a fight and move on without dropping anything. I would assume that would also mean Gator would be unwilling to involve himself in more Ralph drama and be especially reluctant to self-dox. It was Ralph that decided he couldn't be seen as anything but a winner and attack Gator. Not just attack Gator but dox him and threaten to destroy Gator's life as a student, employment and standing in the community.
By doxing and threatening Gator, Ralph opened he door to Gator having nothing stopping him from signing that paper or releasing the DM's. The moment Ralph doxxed him there was nothing holding him back.
I truly believe that Ethan Ralph may very well have created the very agent of his destruction. Gators don't immediately go for a kill. They slowly creep up on a target and wait for the perfect moment when they know their prey can't run. Between Vickers determination to seek some form of justice with Ralph and Gators resources I believe that the true endgame for Ralph will come from these two.
Unless he drunkenly attacks a cop or plows the Guntmobile into a pole before they can do it that is.
