I don't like Deadman or Vickers but this was a clear W for Grandpa Gunt.
For the first half of the "debate" Deadman throws every accusation he can dig up at Vickers without, understanding, backing up, or showing receipts for a single one. Almost as if someone gave him talking points he knew nothing about. This lead to Vickers shutting him down every time.
The second half was after other people joined in, most siding with Vickers.
Here Deadman admits that the only real point of contention he has with Vickers is about his remarks toward Sandra Ralph. This makes all the other shots Deadman took at Vickers appear moot. Besides everyone knows the only dead person's name we aren't allowed to mock is Saint Terry Davis.
Here Deadman criticizes Vickers' constant tard-fighting with Ralph as "Jerry Springer bullshit" failing to realize that IBS and the show he runs that exclusively targets Ralph (GuntWave) is all Jerry Springer bullshit.
They're both retarded but Vickers won this one. @Christorian X was there. Perhaps he has a different take.

This entire stream was fucking retarded and may honestly be enough to ear FalcoPunch64 and Deadman each a thread if there aren't ones already.
To begin with Falco spent 10 hours chimping the fuck out on Twitter because he tried to get Cog on his show to pump his normal viewer count of 30 people to over 100. Cog politely but firmly declined, Falco bitched at him and Cog told Falco he isn't wasting his time and to fuck off. Falco then spent the entire day re-enacting Ethan Ralph's reactiong to the Simp Cast lol'ing at his small dick but making it about him and Cog. Cog proceeded to do a stream laughing at / shitting on Falco. about 5 hours in Falco 180'd and repeatedly begged for forgiveness which fell on deaf ears so he decided to 180 again and do the passive aggressive BPD girl response of "It doesn't matter, I don't care, Cog means nothing to me, I'll never talk to him again." Which again caused Cog to lol and not acknowledge him directly.
All this led me on Twitter telling Falco to calm the fuck down and touch some grass. He needed to get off the internet for a bit. At which point Vickers even told him if he would like to reschedule he would be fine with that because he thinks Falco needs to clear his head too. Bros, when Vickers tells you it might be good to touch grass, lol. Anyways, Falco insists the stream is happening and he debate is set for 10pm EST.
Falco starts the stream around 8pm I believe and spend a LITERAL FUCKING HOUR still chimping about Cog and how he doesn't care but he's still gonna say that Cog is terrible because Cog doesn't respect him. This man cried for an hour. About Cog. Really take that in. This guy Falco is losing his fucking mind because COG treated him as a nobody. I just...yeah. Wow.
Finally we get to Vickers vs. Deadman. I'm not going to touch Vickers much as he's a grown man and can fight his own battles and his foibles are already meticulously listed on the site. As for Deadman, it became grossly apparent that this was all a kayfabe gayop to gain viewers / clout / Ralph's attention. A little background before we begin: A few months ago Deadman left/lost his job as a CPS agent and did multiple videos of him chugging Makers Mark and claiming a conspiracy between his boss and Ralph to have him fired. He claims Ralph called his boss on multiple occasions and dropped shit on him to have him fired. His reasoning was because he does a stream with the same viewership as Falco (sub-sub-sub-Cog numbers) called The Guntwave where he shits on Ralph. While I am loathe to defend Ralph, I doubt this man inhabits even one thought in Ralph's head per month which is saying a lot because all Ralph does is obsess over his haters.
So after doing his incredibly half assed Bryan Dunn impression, Deadman would continue to play victim while blaming Ralph until recently when he realized he was never going to get blood from a stone and admitted it was all a kayfabe gayop. He claims he resigned from his position now. All of this will soon become relevant.
Going into this fight, Deadman's supposed major problem with Vickers was that Vickers has shit on Sandra Ralph for doing nothing but enabling Ralph all his life to be a horrible person. Agree with the premise or not, it's not an unfathomable one to argue for on either side. That being said it's probably the most low-tier, low IQ IBS topic the world has ever seen. Having established all this, Deadman, a father of a girl and former 8 year CPS agent decides to hit the gas pedal on screaming about Faith being a stupid whore who can't care for a child and that Ralph should have won the revenge porn case and deserves to see his son. He argues that Vickers is a cuck for supporting his daughter and grandchild because it's another man's kid and proceeds to lecture Vickers on restraining orders.
At this point I feel the need to point out that anyone having spent 8 years in a CPS job should absolutely know the fine details of child custody, restraining orders, burden of proof for state intervention, standard of care, abuse, etc. Its literally the job. He proceeds to demand Vickers explain himself for going after Ralph while ignoring Vickers explaining that it takes an insane amount of evidence to secure an all out win in family court and as a father / grandfather he'll do anything to get the evidence needed to do so. Agree or disagree with his tactics, it doesn't matter much for the point of this as Deadman's job for the last 8 years would have been explaining that exact thing to people in CPS cases. Moving on he berates Vickers for keeping Xander from Ralph, again, love or hate Vickers, don't really give a shit, Deadman ignores the basic CPS knowledge that a court literally can only work with the actual parents or legal guardians in a custody case. Vickers has no legal grounds to keep Ralph from the child and outright admits it from the start while Deadman continues to accuse Vickers of using the law to keep Ralph from his kid.
When they finally do get onto Sandra, Deadmans only argument is that while Ralph is a pile of shit, Sandra couldn't do anything because she was scared as well as Vickers can't blame Sandra for what happened to Faith. Vickers openly says he doesn't blame Sandra for Faith as Faith was an adult and made her own choices. He goes on to say Sandra clearly had numerous options of ways to deal with Ralph but enabled him instead. An easy argument could be made Vickers could be accused of the same thing but I feel its important to focus on Deadman again. He was a literal CPS agent. His job was dealing with cases like Sandra and Ralph. He was literally trained in all the options. He knows everything out of his mouth is garbage.
Essentially there was a whole lot more involving Vickers getting heated and sperging, and Deadman proving he knows zero about custody, family law, RO's, and having numerous occasions where he backpedals and admits he has no evidence or context to back up any of his claims. Finally Vickers directly asks Deadman if he wrote on Twitter that Sandra was a whore and a shit parent to which Deadman admits he did.
At the end of all this we essentially re-learn what we always do in that Vickers is a known quantity doing the same thing he does every time. Deadman literally uses all Ralph's own arguments to defend Ralph while trying to say he doesn't like him and repeatedly admits he doesn't have anything to back up anything he is says. Its later apparent in the subtext of the discussion that he was most likely fired from CPS as he received no severance and was cagey in his explanation. At this point I attempted to join the show just to outright ask Deadman if this was kayfabe gayops to get in with Ralph or get viewers and Falco couldn't even manage OBS well enough to unmute me.
Aside from proving themselves to be two of the biggest current retards on the internet one of the high points was Deadman shouting at Vickers about how everyone on Kiwi Farms was excited for him to come on Falco's show and trash Vickers. The only thing I can say to that is I don't think anyone knows who the fuck he or Falco is outside of this stream and most likely never will.
