Gunt’s LOLyer quit primarily because she had already worked through the retainer he’d paid her on Faith’s case against him, had worked another $700 worth on that case after the retainer ran out, wanted that $700 plus another $4k to keep working on it, plus wanted $15k up-front to take on Vicker’s case against him. Gunt didn’t have $20k laying around to pay her, so off she went. Of course, on the way out the door he pissed her off by talking shit to her and leaking their correspondence so she made a point of telling the LOLyer the Court appointed to help Gunt in the Vickers case to nope out.

LOLyers don’t want to take on a guaranteed loser of a case for a client with no visible assets, who won’t share financial information, and who live in another Country in order to avoid consequences for their actions. Gunt DID refuse to submit his financial statement, so he would have lost LOLyer Larry anyway, but LOLyer Larry noped out beforehand, stating to the Court that after looking into the case, and talking to LOLyer Grainger who explained to him how complicated the case would be, that he couldn’t take the case.

Turns out the "e-mail address already in use" was just some error - it sent an e-mail confirmation link on registration. Straight to spam folder btw. But then it allowed password reset before confirmation.

EDIT: I saw on Twitter people trying to password reset with VIckers' e-mail addresses, including the one Null just did. They all resulted in the "invalid e-mail" error. I'm guessing Shaggy changed the e-mail on the account to one of Vickers' after that happened. And Vickers wouldn't have to confirm it for the password resets with that address to work.

The Friend Finder network sites have also been subjected to multiple massive leaks and exploits leading to the release of some several hundred million (lol) accounts, including those from deleted users over the last 10 years. Boomers are weirdly also swinger heavy, so it's not unbelievable, but the reality of these sites is they were extremely insecure and it's possible that an old ass account from 2006 (when Faith would have been a toddler) could be easily picked back up from the data breaches from the mid 2010s.
