One of the funny things about this is if he had followed through with his first bankruptcy filings enough time would've passed that all the problems associated with bankruptcy would be well behind him now. The fact that he lost and it took the case literally years to conclude makes me wish we had found it sooner. DSP's bankruptcy was funny, but also largely routine and was over in a few months with the court granting the bankruptcy. It's almost impossible to lose a bankruptcy filing unless you are deliberately lying and acting in bad faith. The fact that a Bankruptcy judge then ordered Vickers' broke ass to pay fees and costs at the end is just "chef's kiss".
