How many years late would she be in doing it at this point?
She's been trying to make her way down the hallway this whole time to do it but kept slipping and sliding on all the gunt grease on the ground so she had to take a trip to West Taiwan in order to have a training arch so that she could overcome the slippery slopes and reach her retarded bitch of a husband.

I hope she ripped the Portugal shirt off the wall and threw it at him.

And here we always thought his terrible teeth were due to bad dental hygiene. When all along it was because the hippo mom was slapping him around at home to the tune of a bucky beaver face.
"And in the town it was well known when he got home at night, his fat and psychopathic wife would thrash him within inches of his life."

Question, is the "review of firearms" part referring to red flag laws, or is this a different section of law that my stupid ass is ignorant of?
Under US Federal law, having a Domestic Violence Restraining Order filed against you is enough to label you a "prohibited person", aka someone completely banned from possessing any kind of firearm or even ammunition or reloading supplies (like primers and percussion caps), for life. Notice it bans you from "possession", not just ownership... there are stories about ex-felons who've been convicted of "unlawful possession of a firearm" just for being in the same building as a spent shell casing.

Specifically, the Domestic Violence Restraining Order does not require a conviction or even much of due process at all to make the accused a prohibited person.

You have a right to a trial, due process, a jury of your peers, and appeals before a felony conviction can ban you from owning guns (and it has to be a conviction) and anyone who's about to be involuntarily committed to a mental institution has to have a hearing before a judge and given due process with a strict legal standard for what can warrant a commitment, as well as the opportunity to seek treatment voluntarily (which has no effect on gun ownership whatsoever), before a formal court order strips them of their gun rights.

Also, Domestic Violence misdemeanor convictions are given special status in the law as to automatically disqualify someone from their gun rights (even though misdemeanors usually don't do this). The reason you're seeing "review of firearms" here is because since Domestic Violence Restraining Order and convictions, whether misdemeanor of felony, have such a stark and permanent effect of stripping someone of their gun right's under US law the court basically has to go out of their way to review if Mrs. Vickers has any guns or not and to send local law enforcement to their house to disarm them.

Oh and also, prohibited persons can't live in the same home as a firearm. Which means Matthew Vickers, unless the terms of the restraining order says Mrs. Vickers can't live in the same house anymore, legally agreed to disarm not only himself but his entire family.

I still can't get past the fact that vickers tried starting a podcast career after all of this. Imagine, explaining to everyone who you first meet.

"Ya so I'm a podcaster, my claim to fame is that I won an internet slapfight with the fat hog who impregnated my retarded daughter and now i'm raising their piglin offspring.

Our tagline? Oh ya, it's "The Good, The Bad, and The VICIOUS" epic right?

What a fucking joke.

Major update to the Vickers Divorce Saga:

Matthew Vickers filed for a Domestic Violence Protective Order against his wife, Arianna Vickers on November 11, 2024. Mr. Vickers is seeking a temporary restraining order and review of firearms against Arianna. From the filings, I cannot discern whether the alleged domestic violence was inflicted on Mr. Vickers himself, or one of his children.

The hearing will be scheduled for December 4, 2024.

So much for that "paper divorce" Cog said this supposedly was.
Cog is wrong yet again.
