The judge said "That's not how this works." and immediately threw the case out and told her she can refile. She didn't even present evidence or anything. That's one Matt had been hyping up beforehand iirc. Ralph also beat him in court a number of other times. Ralph also lost a couple.

It's worth noting that Vickers would always deny he had anything to do with Faith's legal proceedings, but they always had the stink of his failure and stupidity all over them.
