There's literally no reason for him to continue to engage with the trolls like this. In fact, posting about this is harmful because Faith has her kid on the way and this will make them a target.

I don't know. I can't stand the guy, but if he was starving for attention, I don't think he would disappear all the time. My theory is that he just thinks that he's way smarter than he actually is. If he's lurking the farms (which he's admitted before), then he probably perceives that Fai and Xander are already targets (which would explain why he continues to lurk) and he's from that generation that wants to "set the record straight" because he has it in his thick head that any of this matters or has an impact on anything. Everything on that page is focused solely on correcting posts on this site.

But then, what's the point of calling out Kerr? I mean, if he has screenshots to back up what he said, that's pretty fucking hilarious. But who cares? Kerr won't have the stones to engage, so if there is actually an investigation happening, all he did was ghost that freak.

He mentions knowing a detective that could look into Kerr. As we all know, letting a pedophile know that you're going to investigate them in advance so they can delete all evidence (also known as the Warski Method) is a great strategy.

I think it's a combo image and hero complex thing. He wants the internet people to think he's a good guy. Maybe him, his family, and/or his coin store are being regularly prank called a lot and/or trolled in other ways and he thinks that making his image better would stop it from happening again. If the police believe Kerr did something wrong, you wouldn't have to lure him to California. They would do that. They would put out a warrant. It doesn't sound like whatever he has is enough for the police. Maybe they would have talked to him, but if they aren't willing to have Kerr's local police do that, why would they if the plot to lure him there was successful? The amount of police time wasted when the problem is lack of parenting is mindboggling.

That's true, but it sounds like they don't know where Kerr is located. Fai's detective can't work with Kerr's local law enforcement if they can't find him. Mind you, this doesn't make Vicker's plan any less dumb.

I don't think it is so much the attention angle as much as it is that he is assblasted and has no coping mechanism. For nearly an entire year he has been made to look like a fool at every possible turn. He was publicly humiliated on a regular basis, and everyone is now aware of just how terrible of a parent he is.

More importantly he is going to spend the next 18 years of his life raising a child that was put into his own child by a domestic abuser who just also happened to be the one who humiliated him. This same man will also not be facing any repercussions for what he did to his daughter.
