Mr Vickers is claiming that in the DMs with Alice that Ralph admits to a RO violation which he was accused of.Is this for the child support?
I am imagining a beleaguered and underpaid Assistant District Attorney with a busy felony docket sitting down at his workstation, only to find fifty fresh emails from Matthew Vickers—he sighs and spikes his coffee with Bailey's.View attachment 3144562

It's the criminal prosecution for the violation of the protective order. Is this for the child support?
I'm no lawyer, but that sounds fucking retarded.Mr Vickers is claiming that in the DMs with Alice that Ralph admits to a RO violation which he was accused of.
It's Ralph, a fat alcoholic felon on a suspended sentence who stopped on someone's head while surrounded by cameras and streamers. Should we be expecting anything else?I'm no lawyer, but that sounds fucking retarded.

Short Answer: it depends. No, I'm saying that Vickers claim sounds retarded. And even if Ralph admitted to breaking the RO in the leaked DMs, can they be admitted as any form of evidence?
Any lawyerfag can weigh in on this?
I still don't buy it, it's a far strech to think that the Californian Prosecutor would convince some BPD retard from Virginia to admit that indeed those text were between her an Ralph. If I would be in Ralph place and prosecutor would bring the Alice DM's up I would laugh him out.Longerer answer: it really doesn't matter because it is highly unlikely that this will go to trial. Ralph will almost certainly plea out when the rubber hits the road, so the potential admissibility of text messages is more useful in the form leverage for negotiation than as actual evidence. One of the elements that the state is required to prove is that the violation of the protection order was "willful," which the prosecutor could prove anyways without this smoking gun evidence, but that element is where Ralph would likely put up the most fight in a theoretical trial. The threat of potentially introducing the texts at trial is an arrow in the quiver of a prosecutor to force a more favorable plea agreement.
Just reading into this a bit, this is unlike the recordings that Faith could not use in court because 2 Party consent laws come into play during the recording of phone calls because it falls under the same laws as wiretapping. Apparently, and I would like to highlight I am not a legal expert nor am I American so forgive me if this is not 100% accurate, leaking DMs does not fall under the same legislation. It is more akin to whether someone had a right to access the logs held on a given computer at the time the logs were released - they were stored on Alice's phone so she has the right to access those texts.I still don't buy it, it's a far strech to think that the Californian Prosecutor would convince some BPD retard from Virginia to admit that indeed those text were between her an Ralph. Yep, seems to me that Ralph will be given a 20 year senence on Kiker's Island, where he will be forced to dance for all of the incarcerated white collar jew crooks while they spit coins at him.No, I'm saying that Vickers claim sounds retarded. You're still thinking of this in the context of there being a trial. There almost certainly won't be. An improbable threat is still a threat, and that factors into how a plea agreement may ultimately be negotiated. Will the State of California ever get Alice involved to testify to authenticate those texts? Almost certainly not. Will they still try to use the texts' existence as leverage? Probably. Will they succeed? Maybe. Will this affect the outcome? No. Ralph's guilty as fuck—it's just a matter of how we get there, and if the State cares enough to prosecute this.I still don't buy it, it's a far strech to think that the Californian Prosecutor would convince some BPD retard from Virginia to admit that indeed those text were between her an Ralph. Ok, still seems extremely retarded to me, but maybe it's more because of the fact the the whole Ralph situation is absurd and it's hard for me to imagine being in the place that Ralph is right know. You're still thinking of this in the context of there being a trial. Think of it like this: you're about to start a get in a fight with four Portuguese prostitutes for $500 you didn't pay. You're not going to win this fight. Your options are either: (1) pay up or (2) endure the beatdown long enough for them to leave you alone.
Suddenly, Ethan Ralph and all his stubby glory emerges from a dumpster, where he was previously foraging for hamburgers and sniffs the air with his pig snout. The Gunt senses an a-log.
Realistically, Ethan Ralph, with his tiny arms and diabetes, poses no threat to you, especially on his own. However, you're in about to be curb-stomped by four Portuguese prostitutes. The addition of the Gunted One is just another headache for you to deal with. He might fall on you, crushing you under his giant Gunt. It is unlikely he will, but it's possible, and you really don't want Ethan Ralph to fall on you.
Recognizing the situation due to being fans of the World-Famous Killstream, the Portuguese prostitutes now demand $550 out of you. You're bit incensed, and complain, wanting to go back down to the $500 figure. The Portuguese prostitutes say not only will they kick your ass, now they will get Ethan Ralph involved. Again, Ethan Ralph doesn't pose a realistic threat to you, but do you really want to deal with him in addition to the four prostitutes that will kick your ass? If you pay up, you might leave with your orbital socket intact.
Since I am not a California attorney, I am not familiar with their sentencing rules, but the prosecution may find a way to introduce them there since the ordinary rules of evidence typically do not apply and less exacting standards apply. It may be a relevant consideration for a judge when considering what sentence to give when assessing the severity of Ralph's actions.
He donated over $100 to the previous Kino Kasino.Vickers sure has a lot of extra sheckles to throw at people like Metokur and PPP. Business must be well View attachment 3145855
$50 is a negligible amount of money to most people who aren’t Ethan Ralph.Vickers sure has a lot of extra sheckles to throw at people like Metokur and PPP. Business must be well View attachment 3145855
