May 2 2023 - Chris sighting at game shop

I can confirm. I'm a giant board game nerd and would stop at my LGS after work, dressed in smart white collar business attire, and nearly everyone else in the store was the worst stereotype of nerd: fat, acne, dirty, stained cheap clothes, bags of junk food piled all around them, etc.

It's insane to know that Chris' SSDI has been piling up. So with his 1300 a month in welfare money * 18 months = Chris now has ~23400 sitting in his bank account. Raping his mom was the smartest thing Chris ever did from a financial perspective.
what do you mean piling up? If he's on SSI you can't get any money while incarcerated. Same for ssdi, too. It stops on day 31 of being in jail

Maybe someone else in the home had to see a specialist and Chris got to tag along?

That doesn't sound like something a home would do, if they where in the same location at the same time for a medical / legal appointment yea sure but just letting him tag along I don't think so.

I don't think it does. Gateway is not for people with a primary diagnosis of developmental disorders or significant intellectual impairment, as their website states. I do think Tysinger could have pulled some strings to help Chris get into Gateway.

If you look at the profile of the Doctor on site he has to deal with persistent and long term psychiatric problems so I think that statements either being misinterpreted by us or is possibly not a hard and fast rule that they make exceptions on a case by case basis.

It all doesn't make a lick of sense. For the shit he's done he shouldn't of even gotten the opening for a bail out. No less seemingly reap in more benefits from goodness knows where. He must've somehow serendipitously found a loop-hole or something. Must be because he's trans in that he's getting free stupid shit and getting off the hook easy.

if i recall he ORIGINALLY got 900ish a month but didnt he somehow get more when bob died? he got his penchant or part of his penchant or something? or the government gave him more cuz his dad wasnt there to provide or something like that?
Pension. Yes. I remember reading he got an increase after his dad died, but I don't remember how much. I think it was close to 1300 but I could be off just a bit.

Read the faq, please. He was never convicted of anything. (And he is on SSDI, yes)

I knew of a tard home which would take people places in groups. If Jimmy needs to see his special doctor and Chris wants to go somewhere nearby, why not? (Honest question cause I don’t know). But I thought the game shop was only about a half hour away from the home. I don’t know where the two hours came from.

I thought he was in jail?
The court ordered him released pending a hearing in August. Surprise!

For the shit he's done he shouldn't of even gotten the opening for a bail out.
He wasn’t bailed out, and he has served his time according to the law. No he didn’t get special perks for being trans, but he may have got some for being autistic.

Some law. Sounds like a slap on the wrist more than anything. With such little consequences, you'd think they'd crack down a little more on that kind of crap.

As boring yesterday has actually been with Chris related news we learned something.

Some have hypothesized cris is homeless

The fact that we didn't see him running around town today in stimulates he was not out today.

At this point he's locally infamous to the point where anywhere he goes random people will take photos of him.
So that means he was not most likely outside today.
Meaning he most likely is in the group home and not homeless

Two years in jail (including time spent in a mental hospital) is nothing to sneeze at. Plus there is a hearing in August.
I mentioned this elsewhere, but from a legal standpoint, could this indicate that Barb hasn't cooperated, and all there is, is Chris's confessions? For the kf record, I do think Chris did it, just because he's a creep, but that's not how the court functions. My question is more, would an EPO and that length of time in custody be possible just based on Chris's confessions, or at what point do you need Barb's cooperation, positive rape kit, etc in order to continue? Does rambling on about Merge shit to cops make any of it harder for them to proceed with charges? I don't intend to white knight Chris at all, I'm trying to logic my way through what might have happened to lead him to be at Malwart etc.

That was what the law written in by Chris’s former lawyer was for.
So that tards won’t be ditched out of jail to become homeless.
Wherever he is, it must be somewhere he is supervised to a reasonable extent and is secure.

If he took newly bought clothes and a Nintendo switch to a squat or tent in a homeless village, he would be beaten and robbed.

The fact that he actually looks like he is clean, taking care of himself and has laundered clothes, indicates strongly that he is in a situation where that is expected.

Chris being homeless would be obvious very quickly.

His medication would stop, then he would become a nuisance when hungry, cold and not accepting that he can’t stay at Macdonald’s all night.

Continuing to waste what money he has on frivolous purchases the minute he's out of prison? From the first second, I fucking knew it.

I think this will be one of the big mysteries we’ll never solve. I remember early on, someone posited Barb could have said “fuck all y’all” and gone silent. Not helping Chris, but not cooperating with the authorities either. Why would she do this? Stubbornness, pride, and contempt for other people.

I suspect the authorities must have had enough evidence to keep Chris locked up for this long, but not enough to consider him a danger to himself and others (aside from Barb) necessitating a longer sentence.

To be fair to the mother fucking tard, if you had just spent a couple of years in jail with only a bible and letters from similarly unbalanced people, wouldn’t you want a bit of fun once you got out?
