Given he's in jail, not prison, where mostly petty criminals are hoping to be released at some point it's pretty safe to say nobody's going to want to get hit with additional charges just to get some autist out of their hair even if he wasn't being separated from the GP. At worst he'd probably mouth off to the wrong guy and get hit, which is probably the other reason they separated him beyond the nature of his crime.
But since biologically speaking, the only goal of life is reproduction and survival, not getting laid because you are not able to (not because of it being a genuine choice), does mean that there is something undesirable or "wrong" with your genetics. I know many people find it really hard to accept this but really it all boils down to this. So yeah, it IS an issue as it signals you are not deemed fit enough to pass on your genes.

That's a distinct option, Chris when he is genuinely stressed shuts down his more explosive outbursts are the exception not the rule.
He has a obsession with names, he's always added identity's to himself as part of his name like he views it as it being some part of him personified - Chris's original name was Christopher and he's talked about that name almost as another person who's dead at times like when he was playing Jenkin Jinkies and said he encounterd his kid self and patti as ghosts, and on a few other occasions as well and he's dropped that particular name as if it was dead to him along with that identity.
He also tends to think other people have the same obsession with there names, so when he was talking about the Teen Troon squad and he doxed their names both legal an Birth names he did it because he thought that it was important to mention them both because he does when he talks about himself so they must want the same.

I cant recall the name for it I think it's called Paraphiliac Desensitisation or something like that where they overload on what got them off before hand so it's not as satisfying the next time so they escalate step by step until it's a problem they can't solve or they find something so depraved that get's them off that becomes the only thing that get's them off.
The incel whore thing is a great question, a lot of them say they dont want sex they want an emotional connection with somebody and honestly I can see that being the case for a lot of them who are socially and culturally isolated from there piers and it metastasises in a really awful way of looking at the world, a lot of them never had close family or friendship connections either so they don't really grasp what a relationship is like at a very fundamental level and fill in the blanks with what they think is true and then fall into the echo chamber where it gets reinforced.
And your right about Chris he is a genetic dead end, Family and Kids where never on the cards for him and in the past he wouldnt have been allowed to get this far he'd be the village idiot but they would have found some simple task for him to do even if it was something like fetching water, scaring the birds away from the crops etc - I think in the West we have allowed ourselfs to be too kind to people like Chris we don't treat them as people with disabilities we treat them as disabilities and then give them far to much leaway allowing them to end up in all kinds of trouble.
Back when I was in school in the 90's there was a attitude of "All disabled kids are special little angels who can't do no wrong" but one of the biggest assholes I ever met was a kid who had some form of cerebral palsy who if you didn't give him exactly what he wanted when he wanted it would ram his electric wheel chair into you and when questioned by the teachers got away with it by saying it was a acedent, he also used to get away with groping girls he fancied in a similar way - Last I heard of him he attened collage got some certificate in web design did nothing with it lives of disability get's a bungalo of the council and spends all his days drinking cheep larger in the pub, nobody in school or his adult life has ever belted him because nobody wants the reputation as the Guy who beat the shit out of the disabled guy.
Chris was until recently a beneficiary from this kind of attitue allowing him to play the Tard Card to get off with far lighter punishment for his actions than someone more capable could dream of and he was a victim of it because it never allowed him to learn that his actions have consequences.
