Chris will most likely get given protection by social services and the police when he is released from prison (IF he is released that is) or when he finishes his prison sentence. Given the fact he is autistic, has the mental capacity of a 12 year old and suffers from mental health problems, he will be labelled as vulnerable to the community so he will have to be placed under protection, this means he will most likely be given a new identity and will be moved in to a care facility such as a group home for handicapped people.

Sometimes this will happen to criminals who are mentally disabled or just down right insane.

You know, it is totally OK for you to just stop, look at the discussion/situation, and say to yourself "I don't know what the fuck I'm talking about here. This is all beyond my scope of knowledge, so I'm just going to keep my big mouth shut." I don't know why you kids insist on spouting off when you're completely ignorant on the subject and its clear other people are going to call you on it. No one is going to look down on you for staying quiet when you clearly have no fucking clue what you're talking about, I promise you. Conversely, going off all half-cocked like you did here is only going to convince people that you should be joining Chris in some group home for retards.

I've said this before when talking about it with a friend, anyone with the means to actually get involved in Chris' life (for ween shit) does not have the time or desire to do so. And anyone with the time/desire to do so is likely too broke to.

Back when I was in school in the 90's there was a attitude of "All disabled kids are special little angels who can't do no wrong" but one of the biggest assholes I ever met was a kid who had some form of cerebral palsy who if you didn't give him exactly what he wanted when he wanted it would ram his electric wheel chair into you and when questioned by the teachers got away with it by saying it was a acedent, he also used to get away with groping girls he fancied in a similar way - Last I heard of him he attened collage got some certificate in web design did nothing with it lives of disability get's a bungalo of the council and spends all his days drinking cheep larger in the pub, nobody in school or his adult life has ever belted him because nobody wants the reputation as the Guy who beat the shit out of the disabled guy.

Yeah it’s so frustrating that most people with physical or intellectual disabilities are stereotyped as being such perfect and charming angels that can do no wrong, It’s completely untrue and you can be in a wheelchair or have motor issues or even Downs and be just as much as a douche as anyone else. Special education schools from what I’ve heard are a big enabler of these as well, there is a surprising amount of bullying and conflict breaking out since teachers often excuse behaviours because of mental conditions. It’s ridiculous that they should be excused of behaviour and it’s responsible for so much to society’s social problems that we put up with nonsense like that.

Another story about this little git involved a blind kid who could play the Violin and was considered a genuinely naturally skilled player the disabled and special needs kids had this shared common area and the wheel chaired lad wanted to fuck around with this kids very expensive funded by the local arts councils outreach program violin, the blind kid said no so he got rammed by the wheel chair and his white stick stolen and the poor blind kid freaked out because the wheel chair cunt kept ramming him and there was no tutor around to stop it and he wound up with a few broken toes. He's now a part of a orchestra and is quite well liked and married with a kid or two from what I've been told by the music teacher i bumped into a few years ago.

He was a real cunt who would have been like that if he wasn't disabled, it just gave him a golden ticket to get away with it. I was friends with his cousin who hated his guts and he was like that outside of school as well with the whole family not willing to take him to task for bullying younger kids, the older ones including his brother would just fuck off upstairs and play on the playstation because he couldn't walk up the stairs and got some peace from him.

I've said it before and I will keep saying it treat the person first and the disability second some times people are just dicks and the disability is a excuse they use to get away with it.

I'm inclined to agree, especially because ILJ isn't the first one to have an attempt at weening backfire. Any weens of Chris' have likely already read the CWCiki and older KW threads, and they've got loads of evidence for why getting involved personally with CWC is a terrible idea.
