McDonalds - I'm Lovin' It

Are the new tendies any good?

I haven't tried them but they're the buttermilk fried chicken variety which is literally the worst thing you can get at McDonald's in terms of fat, sodium and general greasy disgustingness. Every single strip is probably on the level of eating a Big Mac with extra sauce.

Just looked them up:

730 calories
40 grams of fat
2,040 mg of sodium

That's two fucking GRAMS of sodium in a snack sized meal. That's your fucking RDA practically. Just eat a heart attack for lunch instead.

I only really go to mcdonalds for drinks. I like the iced coffee, but every time I order it they ask what flavor and when I say no flavor or sugar they get really confused and act slightly surprised. A couple of times they accidentally hit the button for EXTRA sugar and gave me diabetes coffee.
My boyfriend tries ordering half sugar, this also throws them off and they still put a fuck ton of sugar in it. One time he witnessed them arguing if the normal amount of sugar was supposed to be 8 or 10 pumps or some insane amount.
I also went through a phase of ordering the frozen lemonade and they always tried to give me strawberry lemonade and get confused when I didn't want it. I didn't get it, the regular lemonade is right next to the strawberry on the menu not like its some weird item and shouldn't it be the default when you ask for lemonade, not the lemonade that also has other stuff in it? Do people just order the strawberry lemonade way more often? The frozen lemonade is pretty good though tbh.

That would explain why I thought they were so tasty, it's got all that artery punishing goodness.

Yeah, I tend to go there for the black coffee.
It's actually pretty good and they use freshly-ground beans that taste better than the Starbucks counterpart (and costs like 1/2)

I think a lot of people preferred the fresher, crispier taste, but more people (or more vocal people) were pissed at the use of Styrofoam.
I bet. I never thought there was any problem with polystyrene at all, it kept it hot at least.

Actually ate in a McDonalds today, so I got a Big Mac.
Not bad.

I dunno where they're getting employees from at my nearby ones (Gamma quadrant?) but I go further to the one that has a self service kiosk. All I want is an iced coffee and soda. How fucking hard is that to ring up?

The one closest to me smells like wet concrete all the time and it's gross.

Nuggets and tendies are not food for functional adults.
Reminded I spotted this a while back!
