It's an enigma. Meat canyon should by all rights be prime lolcow material. Fat, gross, middle aged, possibly creepy (even with his anti loli video he seems like the kinda guy whos computer would have some loud house art on it) produces unsettling yotube content that gets overy hyped to hell and back even if tye quality ranges from good to crap. And yet he's just barley on our radar and as a content creator not a full on cow....just remember mc..the farms are always watching one false move and every tidbit of your dirty laundry will be hung out to dry.

Everyone who does this kind of content has the same profile though. Edmund McMillen is a weirdo obsessed with dead babies who always looked like a fat soyboy yet he hasn't dindu nuffin that I know of yet.
I think the bigger issue is that Smiling Friends and this guy with the deep voice + weirdness humor are evolving into a new genre of comedy for mentally impaired people. Does anyone actually laugh at this or enjoy it?

I don't really think he does anything to qualify as a lolcow.
He's an overweight late millenial/early zoomer art student who draws and makes claymations, usually with a body horror/violent twist in a sort of dark humor way.
Besides that, he really does nothing. From what I've seen he's just kind of a fat loser who we'd probably never hear about if he didn't become YT famous.
Are his politics awful? Yeah. Does he have insufferable redditor like behavior and tendencies? Yes. Are him and his resting bitch existence wife probably insufferable to be around irl? Most likely.
But all I've described there is like 25%+ of western white couples. That doesn't make him a cow.
On an autistic side note, oddly enough he's the only YTer that's actually sold me on a product, which was GamerSupps lol

He reminds me of the Newgrounds animation faggots from the 2000's. Except without any wit. Some of them stayed as slightly weird normal people while others became cows, he'd have been one of the first group.

The Melvins Macabre series gets a pass from me, simply because it's original.
His horror cartoons were funny/interesting the first few times but quickly became the same body horror shit on repeat, losing all originality. - insert famous character here - is drawn grotesquely, kills/eats/rapes someone. It's played out.
His commentary videos are awful on a good day, he does little to no research and they seem to exist more to rip on topics he doesn't like. His ufo video was particularly bad.
That said I've yet to see him do anything that makes him anymore different than any other lazy youtuber. Cows do interesting/funny shit. He does none of that.

I'm resurrecting this thread because seeing no new animations and hearing a fat 40-something talk like a jilted teen to his new faggot wife because his marriage to his actual wife has fallen apart is really starting to grate on me. Between that and the zoomie editing, the stupid voices for advertising shit that he clearly doesn't want to be doing and the absolute barrel scraping choice of content and the oddly recent 'ironic' thirst comments (clearly meant to get back at the missus and adding fuck all for the audience) have me truly believing he was wrong to not quit when he said he would.
If you don't want to be here then don't, don't just turn up for the paycheck and expect fans to hang around.
Go make Monster Lab 2 or become part of the Space King team, you're wasting your own time and tanking everything you built. Honestly I thought seeing the Flash Gitz lads doing well would have put a bit of fire into him, gotten him working on more, but instead the man's just bitterly, cynically churning out gutter tier lists and going through topics that were 'interesting' before 100 other youtubers did a video on them.
What a waste of talent, I'm gutted.

In all seriousness, I’m behind on like 20 different boards because the site owner wanted to make “the site better”, the fact that this was my first notification from this board kind of says it all. I thought it was just me getting bored with his content but apparently everyone else on the site is too.
I don’t see him going back to his more self creative stuff anytime soon because he’s got plenty of viewers who like watching the podcast and the character of the week animations. I personally say good for him, if he can ride out the money train and make cash off them zoomers more power to him. I do sometimes enjoy some of the reaction content to be honest because it reminds me of H3H3 before they became complete goy.

Man, you're onto something with the H3 comparison. Watching the lad now feels like watching Ethan just before he went woke though. MC isn't likely to go down that route at least, but I can't see coasting by on zoomie money bringing him anything but misery.
A bit of coasting whilst he's having a wobble isn't a bad idea in itself, but it looks doing it through YouTube means he's tuning out mentally or tuning back in begrudgingly to slog through a job he's already lost interest in. It's poison to the soul and painful to watch.
Smart move would be to get out and return after a long break, that seemed to be his original plan. Lot of sharp, creative people feed themselves into that machine to coast and never create anything sharp ever again.

I don't know. I get being pessimistic, but every video he's done that I've seen has ranged from ok to hilarious. And his Papa Meat channel is some good background noise. He also posted a pic of him with JonTron on the Youtube community tab a few months ago, so I don't think he cares that much about being canceled or whatever.
He's fat as hell, so its hard to tell. But I'm gonna guess he's in his late 20s.
