Different fans of different agencies have different jargon, sometimes even based on in-jokes. For Phase Connect fans, the term "In the basement" refers to a vtuber who has hired on but has yet to debut. It's based on a short animation from the beginning of Shiina's debut.

I'd assume the real problem is more that they're like niggers in that they want to be sold on the fantasy of non-Indian women, because the reality of Indian women is that they have little to no sex appeal on average even to Indians and the only reason they still fuck them at all is because they'd rape anything with a pulse. So if you really wanted to cheap out you'd probably need to try some impoverished shithole in Southeast Asia, though I don't know if that many of them can speak English all that well despite being hotspots for skeevy anglosphere tourists.

As a poor Indian woman there's no reason to even try and look attractive. It would just mean you'd get raped more so I absolutely agree with this.

No, for being such a large market, regular Vtubers also don't do that well in India, Moe shit for whatever reason doesn't have any significant appeal to them, maybe it's because you can't rape a drawing
