What would the Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbour would be considered to you then?
It was a necessary move after the oil embargo.
Mike, you know why they do this thing called carpet bombing? It's because bombs back in WW2 were indirect as in they still caused collateral damage, there was no real precision bombing. Read up on Norden bombsight and it's accuracy for instance.
You really have no clue what you're talking about and just parrot what you see on Wikipedia without understanding it.
