No other nations have racial dilution policies.

The data don't show significant numbers of others of other races immigrating prior to 1965. You're pissing in the wind, your own stats are contradicting you.

Well that's a very good question. If you listen to William Pierce's the frog and the scorpion his theory is that there is no plan. It's simply in the nature of Jews as a culture and race to oppose White and especially Nordic societies. There is no end game, just an interaction effect. Not even really a conspiracy. They may even be shooting themselves in the foot. Like when a parasite kills its host. Its jus what they do.

Even assuming this is true, by the time the Ottomans got that far into the city, there was literally no-one left to oppose them. It was over when the walls were breached. There were anywhere between 60 and 200 thousand Ottoman soldiers armed with state-of-the-art artillery and only about 2 to 10,000 Byzantine troops with medieval armament and Western reinforcements combined, both of whom had strenuous relations with eachother at best. Constantine XI made a futile last stand when the walls were breached and that was that.

Organically would be an apt word for the idea. Its just a theory. Maybe there is a central council, but I doubt it. Some combination of congregational coordination and individual reaction is likely.
