There is a pretty big difference between going for mcdonalds (or other fast food) every once in a while and basing your entire diet off of it though. (almost) everyone gets fast food sometimes, there's nothing wrong with that. But when someone's entire diet is based around mcdonalds, that's not going to do their health or appearance any favors.pickleniggo said:I literally just ate McDonalds and this topic is making me sad.
