I doubt this will surprise anyone. You've only got to listen to him trying to string a sentence together and his efforts of putting pen to paper to realise he's stolen, yet again, someone's body of work.Yet again he's plagiarised chunks of someone else's work.
Why would the Strata pay him? The worst they would need do is cure the deficiancy. So put up a few strobe smoke heads. Johnny isn't owed a dime from this.I doubt this will surprise anyone. Not crediting the original author is disgusting but again not surprising coming from yaniv...what's hours and hours of someone else's work matter when there's $30,000+ to be had?
All that anxiety and fear of being toasted for 3.5 years...someone's sure got to pay for that and it sure ain't going to be the yanivs. Why would the Strata pay him? The worst they would need do is cure the deficiancy. So put up a few strobe smoke heads. Johnny isn't owed a dime from this.
Do you honestly think the Strata's managers and lawyers are not aware, letter and verse, of what their obligations are under whatever the Canuckistani equivalent to the Americans With Disabilities act are? And precisely what the line is between their obligations and the tennant homeowners falls? All that anxiety and fear of being toasted for 3.5 years...someone's sure got to pay for that and it sure ain't going to be the yanivs.
This is the 4th (afaik) claim these feckers have filed between them and the chances are there'll be more. Naive to think that if their demands are met, even if it is to just to shut them up, they won't find something else to complain/file about. It's just going to go and on and on.
The old hags knew what the flats were all about when they viewed, got a mortgage(s) and moved in. Yet here we are with cross country trips (petrol/car hire/flights/eating expenses, gifts for the catfish and her "child", talk of an expensive engagement ring and honeymoon), weekends away, hotel visits, and hairdos willy-nilly yet couldn't find a few hundred $$$ to ensure staying safe and worry-free.

Of course they know, a pretty poor show if they don't and nobody has claimed otherwise. afaik the buildings were built 2007-2009 approx so I'd imagine they're modern equipped and fall well within fire and general safety regulations.Do you honestly think the Strata's managers and lawyers are not aware, letter and verse, of what their obligations are under whatever the Canuckistani equivalent to the Americans With Disabilities act are? @LangleyResident can probably tell us when the buildings were built. If they were built after the late 80's the common area fire alarm system likely already has visual cues. Because they all do. Older systems would be grandfathered in, which means Yaniv has no case. If he's bitching about the units inside Miriam's condo, those are on her to arrange for and pay for. That's part of home ownership.
And to get an idea of the difference, a regular off the shelf First Alert Smoke Alarm costs between $19-49 usd off the shelf at Home Depot. The strobing units for the Hearing Impaired run $350 apiece. (I just installed 3 in my mothers unit last weekend).
John could have called the Fire Department. They often offer them at a discount rate and will install them free for elderly homeowners... provided they aren't being both sued and sexualky harrassed by the lunatics making the request.
lmao. You know he heard someone say 'no' in a calm regular voice though.
Oh please god let him go after Walmart. Walmart are astonishingly vicious when sued and love to drive up your legal costs as much as possible and are notorious for imposing pyrrhic victories on their foes even when they win. They famously closed a brand new store they'd just finished building (up in Canada I think) prior to opening it because the employees tried to unionize, sued Walmart when they tried to union-bust and eventually won. The workers got their "win" -- complete with a shiny "but thou must" order from the court -- but the store never opened and nobody got their cushy union jobs, plus it cost them and the union an arm and a leg to litigate. And years of their time, of course.I'm excited for the day when Yaniv sues a powerful entity that isn't afraid to punch down. It's bound to happen eventually.
He probably meant "Walked towards the building they work in." Yaniv is practically a synonym for "disingenuous little fuck."According to their filing, the Fire Department & Fire Inspectors were approached but yaniv being yaniv didn't elaborate..
I believe they both wear hearing aids full time.Do either of them wear hearing aids in court? if not then it's a moot point.

I don't think anyone has been fined over Grenfell yet but I could be wrong.Of course they know, a pretty poor show if they don't and nobody has claimed otherwise. afaik the buildings were built 2007-2009 approx so I'd imagine they're modern equipped and fall well within fire and general safety regulations.
According to their filing, the Fire Department & Fire Inspectors were approached but yaniv being yaniv didn't elaborate...strikes me that if the FB had any concerns with the present set-up then yaniv would have splattered the entire claim with details. afaik here in the UK if buildings aren't up to current fire regs standard then hefty fines are handed out at least. So it seems the only ones unhappy with the current set-up are the yanivs themselves. Quelle surprise.

The only personal effort they've put into solving the problem is yaniv pricing up...

They can't in all seriousness claim they haven't had the cash, Twitter etc prove otherwise in the last 12 months alone.
Only $30000 will solve their problems and they think that because they are paying a mortgage that that's where taking any personal responsibility / home ownership ends, every whim to be met by others. They simply want the £30000.00+. They'll keep trying to extort money...two failed cases haven't put them off, I doubt this one will either, unless someone has the gonads to go after ful
The yanivs could do something about their situation, the poor Grenfell souls couldn't. No comparison imo.I don't think anyone has been fined over Grenfell yet but I could be wrong.
You bagsy the chairs and I'll make the sarnies.Neck themselves.
