Miriam Yaniv vs Strata (again) June 2021 - Sequel to the 2019 lolsuit. Written by Jonathan.

I'm mildly annoyed that the Strata didn't bring up the fact that Johnny is not a lawyer.

All troonery aside, this is one important reason why law licenses exist - because people like Jon will file frivolous lawsuits in the wrong court and clog up the system for people who have legitimate claims. There's no doubt that will be thrown out due to jurisdiction, let alone the many other reasons. But it's unfair to the people who actually need the court's time for something valid.

I believe they raised the issue at the phone conference. I'm pretty sure they will raise it in the supremely unlikely chance that this survives a motion to dismiss. They've also asked for fees. You better believe it will come up in that hearing. I mean why challenge him now? His incompetance will simply increase the bill Miriam gets hit with.

jonny adding himself even further into "miriam's claim"...

So the strata is expected to accommodate lodgers ilana and jonny needs? jonny's business empire must be busting at the seams - just how big are his monitor and keyboard? I'm trying to imagine what he needs extra space for - tampons & pee pads don't count. Perhaps his place is getting too cramped with all those executive board meetings.

miriam must be raking in the $$$ with all this extra income...$700 per month rent + $$$ food from ilana and $$$ from such a successful international entrepreneur jonny Alan Sugar yaniv. I wonder if she declared this extra income when she applied for legal aid?

I take it the strata is okay for a private residence to be used for commercial purposes - insurance/liability etc? afaik in the UK using household space for commercial reasons affects home insurance and authorities have to be notified re Health & Safety (even when private property).

Must be a recent thing (lol) as he's not used this scam on his waivers before...child maintenance yeah but not rental fees.

That's not gonna fly & could be grounds for evicting them if MY's actually subletting it to JY for "office space"
1 bdrm with the aunt on the couch, just how much "office space" is he renting?

All they need to do in court is ask for the agreement & receipts for rent payments to MY. If he does & it's against the strata's rules they're gonna have a hard time explaining it.

We need to hear from our resident about the strata rules?

ETA Didn't they shoot him down on being a legal advocate & public servant?

Hope momma is declaring the extra income to the tax man also.

jon boy is clutching...looking for any excuse to insert himself further...spied his arse I suppose because the strata's lawyer has picked up on his "legal" standing /plaintiff shite. He's never got over being told to take those cameras down, has he?

it's incredible that to one court he's saying he's too disabled to work so relies on disability payments only and to another court he makes out he's renting space for his business. Said it before, depending on who he's scamming as to what his "income" and "health issues" are.

Perhaps my landlord will install a hot tub for when my pals come over and stay the night, maybe a few umbrella tables, warming lights...

I wonder how the Judge is going to react to this? Pink Pen? The Great Legal Advocate Jessica Simpson is penciling in his amended complaints in pink pen? ROFL! I mean above and beyond the clear acts of fraud before the court? Does this moron not realize he is swearing this shit before the court in these filings? Has a small claims court ever jailed a Plaintiff for Contempt? Because this seems to be entering into that level of territory. I can't help but think this idiotic act might finally be the thing that gets a Judge to really start smacking his hairy troon ass hard.

The very first thing the Strata defense lawyers did was object to this.

I know I said I wouldn't criticize Yaniv's punctuation but fuck it.

Jessica Simpson who is also hearing impaired rents a portion of the residence for office space

"Who is also hearing impaired" is a parenthetical clause so it should begin and end with a comma. Also, why is "Who" capitalized?

The grammatically correct version of this sentence is:

Jessica Simpson, who is also hearing impaired, rents a portion of the residence for office space.

However, this sentence still isn't factually correct. A better sentence would look like this:

Jessica Simpson, who is also too retarded to understand English, rents a portion of the residence to store her tampons.

Imagine how hilarious it would be if Miriam got evicted because Jon admitted that she sublet space to him for an improper purpose. I doubt it would ever happen but just imagine it, lol
Remember NY & the aunt have their day in court coming up soon.

As a side note, jonny has or will be at court 3 times this week, yesterday, today & Friday...how the fuk is he going to keep any kind of job if he's always at court?

He's to well known for anyone to hire him, & he only has himself to blame

His current job is suing people for idiotic reasons to try and shake $30,000 out of them. I do wonder about that specific amount and why he keeps trying for it.

I believe it's the max he can ask for. In the states small claims has to be for a specific amount with a max set at around 7K.
Lost wages & such generally awarded. The mechanic screwed up & your car blew up & youcouldn't get to work for a week? Only the vehicle damage would be awarded.
OR? it's a variation of Tree Fiddy

Yet again he's plagiarised chunks of someone else's work.
Would it kill to at least quote the authors of the paper like a mature, well functioning adult? Oh, nevermind!

I like this part...Seems there's a statute of limitations on filing. They had 3/4 years to bring this up & only now.

I guess MY isn't gonna get her light up alarm

This basically kills their case from the start according to my googling.
