Ah okay. I checked out of the Yaniverse for awhile. If he can file in the HRT he's better to do it, even if they're on to him. They have by far the lowest standards of the entire BC court and tribunal system. Provincial court is an absolutely random place to file. My only explanation is that he picked PC because PC was going to go the fastest. That would make sense because PC handles a lot of very time-critical stuff, like criminal or custody.

It really warms one's tax-paying heart to think of all of the costs involved in this little escapade, and all of the highly educated people who got paid to tell Yaniv information you can get off of the court website.

I would love to see some details on Miriam's Strata rules and covenants. I'm actually wondering if the Strata needs a court to assign costs? Or whether they can simply drop them on Miriam as a Direct Assesment against her unit under the strata terms?
