Trainwreck Misty Michelle Henry / Because ICAN / Misty Henry / Misty Ray - Center of the Hillbilly Hydra, Spins a Web of Lies with Sock Accounts. CPS took her Kids. Confirmed Racist, Incestuous Pedo, Paranoid Personality Disorder & Histrionic.

Tricia Henry of Grant County has no court records, so I don't know what she's on about.

But it sounds like she may be expecting to lose the crap shack shortly. And that she's low on pills.

There can't be any mortgage on that shit pile, the taxes would be like $50, so I'm thinking the only way she could lose it would be via condemnation which seems quite likely.

But the thing is Misty lives on a street of shitpiles in a section of town composed of entirely of shitpile houses so a house has to be like an active trap house with junkies squatting in it and falling debris from it being an ongoing hazard to get the attention of the local authorities to condemn it. I mean dead Misty's famous local news appearance was thanks to a triple homicide just down the block her house, so Misty's home blends in with all the local trash, drug addicts and criminals. A well cared for nice home would stick out badly in Misty's hood.

IKR? $7,000 value after $4k in "improvements"? Shit, if you dont have a minimum of $7,000 in your checking account at any given moment by your 40s, you've got to be a serious loser / white trash / ghetto af. Her entire home is worth less than the tiny amount the average 45 year old thinks about investing in a volatile stock just to see what happens.

But after over 17 years of home ownership, your entire HOUSE is worth less then $10k? I had no idea that was even possible in the States. $10k isn't even close to a down payment on a house, let alone a nice house. And her entire estate is lower than that after hiring someone to board up the ceiling trash, replace the broken windows, and making the bathroom function again.
I was looking at a one bedroom home in town that was owned by crackheads. The thing is a total dumpster fire. No working toilets, spraypainted walls, chunks of floor ripped up etc. The whole definition of "crackshack."

Even after being a bank for closure, they're still asking about 70k for the thing.

I didn't even know a house could be worth as low as 7. How does that even work?

Misty accidentally a word.

More ranting about how she's convinced herself people want her crap shack. Since she wont name names, I'm presuming that she thinks LaMonte and Merissa want her house. If they offered to rent it while she's on the inside, they're doing her a big favor. But I very much doubt they want anything to do with that nasty place (though from photos, the two of them are no better at housekeeping.)

Is Misty accepting that she wont be around for a while?

"it is already tricked out for the disabled..."

No Misty your Typhoid hovel is not tricked out. It is one windstorm away from collapsing.

Two words: Marion, Indiana

Real estate is all about location. Awful, shitty old houses in the shittiest part of a shitty town can’t be sold and therefore have almost no value. Almost everyone living in Misty’s hood has their rent paid by HUD. No one that has even small financial means would chose to live there.

Once Misty is dead or out of that hovel the city will have to demolish it before the crackhead squatters do it. No one would buy that house for $500 much less $5k. Because the house is in such a terrible, drug and murder riddled neighborhood even the land it’s on is virtually worthless.

Love how she always brags about how she has her own house because she worked for it, she by God earned it and anyone who rents is just too lazy to earn their own, and super jealous of and beneath her to boot. Then she admits her mother's life insurance paid for it.
And it's also not even worth the land it sits on.

The Zestimate is 13k, Zillow likes to inflate things sometimes tho based upon the houses around it.

The fact of the matter is she lives in a shit house surrounded by shit houses, in a shit part of a shit state.

Houses get shockingly cheap if you look in the right places.

She just really is stuck on thinking you're some person who knows her in real life. As many times as you've stated that you don't know her personally and don't want her house she still thinks you do and it just making me laugh pretty dang hard right now.

Misty's insanity has some crazy selective reading and cherry-picking skills to run with whatever world she lives inside of in her head.

No one on KF wants your home. No. One. lol

No one ANYWHERE wants that house. If Musty wasn't going to jail next month she could stay in that house (cockroaches, bedbugs and mice, oh my!) and rot right along with it and NOBODY would give a shit.

Owning a home sure is A Thing with her, isn't it. I'm sure there's a story behind why house=success in her mind, even in defiance of all mathematical sense.

Her hovel is the only real asset that she has and she is delusional if she thinks anyone would want that roach motel. I have seen nicer heroin dens than her house.

Not only is she convinced she knows me - she's convinced she can file a totally real restraining order against a person whose name she does not know, in a state she does not live in.

She thinks she can file a counter restraining order against Merissa - who is not covered by the No Contact order Misty has repeatedly violated, so not sure what the plan is here. The half baked idea seems to be, try to get back at LaMonte for the restraining order by demanding that Merissa be arrested each time Misty violates the order against LaMonte and the kids. And because I'm nothing if not thorough, I checked the court records: Merissa has no new charges since 2017, so no order has been filed (not that the local police are taking calls from Misty seriously at this point.)

Although I do always enjoy admonishment to "get off [my] dead ass and GET A JOB" from a chronically unemployed pill seeker when I'm literally shitposting at work

A reminder as always: Misty is going to jail in just over a month. Enjoy the crazy train while it lasts, everyone!

She has an amazing ability to latch onto certain things that other people brag about, without realizing her own situation is 100% failure. The same thing can be said for her bragging about being a "disabled veteran", when she had a zero-risk chairforce desk job, was never deployed outside the country, and her "disability" injury didn't happen on or near the job.

Honestly, even if you probably broke down everything sentence by sentence she'd keep latched to this narrative of hers. To be the fly on the wall as her lawyer has to deal with her constantly trying to probably shove the thread in their face as proof...

They are probably just at a smile and nod phase in dealing with her at this point. Or hell, probably going to use that for some insanity please with her youtube comments to show she's mentally ill. Though I imagine Misty would freak out if that was suggested as a defense for her actions.

She has a PD. You're lucky to meet with them one or two times, one of them being on the day of your trial. If you've had a few pre trial meetings, like for possible please bargains, you would meet them then too. The fact that this is going to a trial shows how much she has listened to the lawyer assigned to her. These people do not have a lot of time on their hands, and you're not paying them. So if you give them anything not directly related to your case, say, evidence you were somewhere else while you were harassing your ex and his family in violation of a restraining order, they will either politely hand it back, or politely tell you they will look over it, then send it to the circular file. Or, in the case of a client like Misty, who has to be bugging the shit out of them, go ahead and add it all into discovery so that the state prosecutor has all of it to show the court her continued obsession with and stalking of said ex and family.

I doubt she’s spoken to her “lawyer” more than five minutes total, he/she certainly isn’t taking her calls or even bothering with smile and nodding BS. It’s likely Misty might meet her lawyer for the very first time right before or the day of the trial. It’s not like this is a capitol murder case. Public defenders are more over burdened than social workers and have but a few minutes for each case they churn through.

For the charges Misty is facing she’s just pissed absolutely everyone off by wasting the courts precious time with a trial instead of a plea deal for this BS. It is interesting th DA stuck to his guns about her needing to do some time - sounds like the county is really sick of years of her BS.

There were several. It appears that Misty chose not to take any opportunities offered to her to plea down. All PDs tell you a trial is a huge risk, but a narcissist only sees an opportunity for an audience where they're convinced everyone will agree with them because their delusions make so much sense.

It never goes well for the defendant. She's in for a rough confrontation with a Grandiosity Gap.

She might not have been able to plead out due to violating her probation and the repeat offender charges? I don't know how Indiana's justice system/sentencing works though.

For a narc trial really does seem like a grand occasion where they will make a riveting speech and their delusions will be understood as undeniable facts. The entire court room will cry as she recounts her abuse. Her doctors will all confirm she has her laundry list of medical issues, and the judge, with a tear in his eye will exonerate her by dismissing all charges and immediately ordering lamonte to pay her 5 billion dollars for her extreme pain and suffering. The entire court room will then burst into applause as they crowd surf her to freedom.

In reality she's going to look batshit and everyone involved is going to be annoyed as fuck they have to waste their afternoon on something as stupid as Misty's drama. I hope they throw the book at her.

Oh, she could have plead out - you can almost always plead out unless you committed some heinous murder and the DA is up for election soon.

But what’s interesting is the DA seemed to insist on jail time for any plea deal offered, which Misty would not agree too. All it tells me is the DA is sick of the constant petty BS Misty plagues their local cops and courts with and thinks finally insisting on some jail time might curb it. I don’t think it will, because Misty is fucking insane, but it might quiet her down for awhile.

Marion Indiana is a small city of like 30,000. Misty’s constant crazy BS has definitely been noticed and is a real thorn in their side they are tired of dealing with. She’s going to sorely regret not taking a plea.
