I am going to say, you had to have real calm patience in this situation because sincerely o think as soon as I leaned about this both her and the boyfriend would end up with bullet holes in their headsDue to actions by my ex wife, CPS wanted to talk to my daughter, the long story short is my ex wife’s boyfriend sexually abused by daughter and my ex wife tried to cover it up.
So no chance shebtouched the scale and picked her nose afterwards? She was 100% intentionally exposed to coke? It's not happening. The result is not false. The only way it can be false is if they mixed samples.
He really is the unfunny cokehead version of Jimmy at this point.cue the prosecutor playing his hottub streams after his team makes the "heat allergy" defense claim
Can a janny or @Null place these clips at the OP where Nick confirms the existence of the leaked documents?View attachment 6103514

Another instance of Nick admitting to the existence of the documents and going off at the government official named in the documents.
I'm with him. I want him to fight this to the bitter end just so he gets max time in prison. This milk needs to flow.It was the kind of speech that a guy who didn't want CPS to ever give him his kids back would make. Just insane.
I used to run a workplace drug testing program, so I'm actually in a good position to answer this question... Typically, the sample collector will take about an inch and a half of head hair from closest to the scalp, which will give you more or less a three month record of prior drug use. The longer the segment of hair that gets tested, the farther back the test can detect usage. Is it possible it could have stayed since January? Does any cocaine test go back that far?
I may be late but the way they do it is they cut it off right at the scalp. It's quite a solid chunk of hair they have to take too. Trained professionals should absolutely be getting it at the roots. Is it in the hair itself or in the follicles near the scalp? Girls have pretty long hair, maybe the section with the coke in it never got trimmed off.
This is why if you plan to do this for the purposes of avoiding tests, you start with that short haircut. A sudden change in patterns of behavior to evade an upcoming drug test is inherently suspicious. (And less than useless if you already have a positive one and then cut your hair and then get your second test.)You'd have to do it pretty close in proximity to the drug test though. If he shaved it for the first time a couple days before I would buy that argument for sure, it's just like somebody smuggling in clean urine for a test. Clear intent to evade the test.
It would be a good idea, that is, if the dumb fuck would actually stop taking drugs and come to court with a bunch of negative results. At the very least, it would earn him Good Boy Points at sentencing.I don't know if they're going to pretrial drug test him unless it's by the defense to help build his case. They have substantial evidence of the crimes he was charged with independent of any drug test results and I don't think any of them depend on actually using the substance itself.
I imagine the sample is destroyed during GC-MS testing, no? So, it would be impossible for him to prove the sample was from another person. It's not happening. The result is not false. The only way it can be false is if they mixed samples.
He's a lolcow. He HAS to own the haters.Just got caught up on this shitshow... Why the fuck was any of this necessary? The hole this man dug for himself, and his uncaring attitude about it all, the shallow pointless ego. What can he prove anymore?
You have to understand two things about Nick:Doesn't he realize how fucking guilty that makes him look in the court of public opinion? He can claim that doesn't matter to him, but losing his audience would be a major narcissistic injury for him and that's a likely outcome if all his procedural wrangling fails (which it probably will) and everything comes out anyway.
Well, there is still the chance that one of the adults tried to switch his hair with the daughter's - did all four adults test positive for cocaine? The metabolites are determined by nanogram per milligram of human hair sample. They do specific lengths instead of whole hair strands because the more hair, the smaller the ng/mg sample is, and there are cutoffs. If you take too much, you will get a false negative. There's nothing you can do to get a false positive. Only by ingesting cocaine does your hair get the metabolites.
At least Kayla and Nick refused to be tested.Well, there is still the chance that one of the adults tried to switch his hair with the daughter's - did all four adults test positive for cocaine?
He isn't. He paid $5K for the privilege of not having to be drug tested, since he intends to keep doing drugs. You can be held in contempt if you cut your hair while under a judges order not to.
