More post-jail sightings megathread

How much would Chris recieve after... y'know, Barb finally goes? Prolly not the right topic for this but since we're talking about the tugboat anyway, thought I may ask here.

I'm honestly shocked he hasn't done a video or tweet yet. He's still got the blue hair and still calls himself Jesus so there's no way he's been wrangled.
As i said before he may not be wrangled (then again one must remember clown world enables these delusions even IF he is wrangled) but he could be under a gag order as per his release even though the case has been dismissed. Said gag order could be in effect while Chris is out on probationary like terms and conditions. They must have made an exception for the deviant art posts, as for liking tweets? Well that's the good old tism at work again. His gag order says no talking about himself or the case on social media but there's no rule against liking posts or retweeting so in his autistic mind he isn't breaking the order.

Why would there be a gag order if the case is over now? Same with probation, VA Courts would've said he's on probation. However the charges are dropped.

the autsim deferral says "probatory terms" or something like that. From the cwcki: "the defendant placed on probation terms set by the court,." My guess is something akin to the therapeutic docket. A set of terms and conditions set by the court to keep chris on some kind of leash for a while.

a gag order or some kind of demand by either the court or the home is the only explaination I can think of as to why he hasn't full on returned sperging like crazy about how mean the jail of fail was to him, complete with stories about getting poked in the ribs with nightsticks or hosed down in the shower with fire hoses....not that any of that actually happened but in chris' mind it did.

They usually keep the charges in place until you complete the terms of the agreement. Otherwise they can't just raise the charges again, which is how they get your compliance.

Case is dismissed, so he met the terms of the agreement. That's what's been going on the last 2 years.

Makes me wonder what the terms could possibly have been. “Don’t rape your geriatric mother?”
Would have been difficult for him to fail to meet those terms, having been locked up for most of this time. The same goes for just about anything else I can think of. Court wouldn’t have cared about him calling himself Jesus or a goddess or screaming about how the merge will kill them all, only about the actual crimes, ie the incest and stealing Barb’s money.

Stay away from your mom, don't commit any more crimes, attend whatever treatment plan you're prescribed, etc. One hopes it was more useful treatment than sentencing him to go watch movies like last time on the therapeutic docket, but probably not.

So, for more typical diversion/deferral programs (like first-time offender programs), the conditions will vary by offense.
To give a more mundane example: say a 22 yo med/law student with a clean record is arrested for shoplifting stuff worth $120. Maybe in state x, stealing $100+ puts you into a felony range, and conviction could be as harsh as 6 months in jail and a fine. Realistically, it might be charged as a misdemeanor, and a conviction might result in a sentence of up to 30 days' jail time that would probably not actually mean any time actually incarcerated, along with a smaller fine than the max. But the person now has a criminal record, for a charge that is one of "moral turpitude" - dishonesty in this example, which could prevent a lot of things in their future life. So rather than ruining whatever future this person might have had but for this crime, a prosecutor might offer a diversion option, which might entail checking in with some supervisory group and doing (pick a number) 300 hours community service, to be completed within a year. So, for that kind of low-level crime, there is some kind of punishment and a pending charge for a year, but not jail. in exchange for not being prosecuted during the term. Successful completion ---> dismissal and (often/usually) record expunged, end of supervision, go on with life unencumbered by a conviction/criminal record.

For Chris, and a situation > shoplifting, the time in jail plus then time in a supervised situation, with no or minimal acting out, were probably part of the terms (he was in jail for a relatively long time without an adjudication/trial or conviction). Could also have included required counseling (and to follow their recs, which might have included meds), and attendance at certain programs, too (some people get sent to anger management or AA-type sessions, depending on situation; idk if they have "life skills" or "self-management" options, but those, and anger stuff, might have been good to require, if available). In general, it is intended to be somewhat tailored to the person and the severity of the crime.

50 pages and so far were no closer to any definite answer than when the moron was still behind bars. the closest we have is speculation he's been moved to some kind of live in housing a few pics of DeviantArt posts including one drawing that gives a hint to his room set up, and likes but no tweets on twitter with no reason or explanation to why hes stayed so quiet. The only possible reason is someone either in court or through gateway is telling him not to say anything about himself till further notice.

A super tiny update:

I spoke to my friend who took a pic of the license plate. They told me today they saw Chris again, but not in the car. I sent them the pic from a few pages back of the blue hair in Walmart and friend said they saw the same person again. So I asked them next time to take video if it naturally happens again and they said they would. I know it's not satisfying but it is what it is for now. I will go back to lurking until I have something more concrete and satisfying.

Maybe the treatment plan kinda worked?

I'm no Chris scholar, but even I know he'd have long periods of not really being online and just doing his own thing quite happily. In two years it isn't beyond the bounds of possibility that his treatment managed to reinforce that aspect of his character, so he's simply not interested in living online any more.

Yeah, I know, optimism city.

Redditor spotted him at a Walmart in Lynchburg. He was apparently talking to himself.

God I’m dreading the day Chris goes online or is on camera and asked the barbussy question…

His answer I have a feeling will be;
  • To pretend it never happened.
  • Act like it’s an on going case and he can’t talk about it.
  • It was his and her destiny and she’s living a longer life because of it.
I really think that if Chris shows no remorse that this will create a level of A-Log that the world has never seen before.
