I'm starting to get into ranked sets and I've been doing pretty well with Skarlet (Blood Drive), but she's the only character I can play. Any non-Scorpion recommends from the kiwis to learn next? Preferably someone that doesn't rely on amplifides for combos.
 
God they ruined Sheeva. Made her more human when she shouldn't be. Also they made her A cup and honestly those red alt outfits better not be what they consider a "Klassic Skin".

I'm just jumping in to say I'm disappointed the poll doesn't include the option "Cowboy Ninja". Truly the best ninjardo of them all.

We'll never get the MK9 costumes though. Because you can't have a woman displaying flesh whilst you're tearing her limbs off or smashing her face into the ground.

They definitely made all the girls flatter, but I think it's interesting that Sindel was added with her usually bustiness as a dlc character.

We'll never have the MK9 Kitana or Jade style models back though.
 
I still remember this fondly, when I played MK4 with my brother and we saw Reiko's ending we flipped our shit.

MK4's endings were such shitposts, the Sub-Zero has such low effort voice acting for Sub-Zero and ends on an out of place arrright.

I reinstalled MK11 because I'm thinking of getting the new DLC after not playing for a long time and now I get huge amounts of lag everywhere, even in the menu screen which I didn't have before. Was there some patch released in the last year that fucked everything up?

My game has been fine. No worse lag than normal.

12 gig patch, plus 7 gig dlc plus you have to download the new skins.

Aftermath process takes a while.
