Pro tip: taking a vitamin B1 pill will make mosquitos leave you alone. I'm not even joking. Look it up. I went from being eaten alive every summer, to now I get maybe a couple of bites a year.

What foods have B1? I wouldn't mind eating some extra stuff to keep the little devils away.

I'm not sure if any food you eat would have enough B1 to make a difference for mosquitos. For example, the B1 vitamin has 300-500 mg per pill, whereas a cup of beans (listed as high in B1) only has 1mg. You would have to eat A LOT of food to get as much as the supplements have.

I'd just order the pills, they worked pretty much right away for me (the same day) and the pills are small, and cost like $5 for a bottle.
